Everything seems great so far. Support responded very quickly with accurate and clear answers to my questions. The backup seems to run smoothly - I am a new user so have not used many of the functions, but based on my experience so far Zoolz seems to be a serious company with solid systems and great support. --- UPDATE: After selling me a lifetime plan, Zoolz decided to cancel that account and referred me to an ongoing subscription service instead. They sold me something for which I paid in full, and they did not deliver on their promise. I will probably never buy anything from them ever again.

UX and speed is not quite as good as Google drive; there was some initial hangtime and failed uploads. However, after some additional configuration within the Zoolz uploader, upload speeds got a lot better. It would be good to have a nightview (dark look) and you must be able to see how large individual files are in (mb/gig). Dashboard only gives and overall size. The thing that I really like about this offer is the lifetime deal. I will upload all media of my family for prosperity. SO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! DO NOT EVER GO BANKRUPT. Otherwise, Highly recommended.

Excellent, easy to use, straight forward.

This product seems to be working quietly and efficiently in the background. I guess the real test would be to try and restore anything. I did need help with the installation key. The response was quick and effective.

Zoolz Intelligent is a great backup solution! I have been using it for a while now, to backup both my PC and mobile, and it saved me multiple times so far. I like the intelligent features the mobile app provides when dealing with the photos and the videos. I do not need to check on it continuously, as it works automatically in the background. Very easy and reliable.

Save your time, effort and perhaps even money and don't bother. I have given my Macbook Pro on a 1Gbps symmetrical connection 36hrs to see what it can backup and I'm up to 5GB. I thought something was seriously wrong with my mac, I checked the SSD, processes, restarted a couple of times. Turns out the Zoolz app is 32bit...the only 32bit application I have running... I've enabled multi-threading, there is no bandwidth throttling...it's just terrible. I was giving the 100GB free plan a go, before dropping money on the 1TB plan as I thought it was a good way to access AWS storage...I'm not sure if it is the application and the encryption process (which apparently is fairly useless anyway) or it is being bandwidth limited in some way. I can't work out why there are so many 'positive' reviews out there. They can't all be paid promotions....the YouTube videos do seem to feature the same guy over different channels, so perhaps they are...There are no reviews on Glassdoor...what tech company doesn't have reviews on Glassdoor, especially if they are 7 years old! Wait...the only employee...the CEO/CTO says they are 11 years old.. The contrast from this to Owncloud, Mega, Dropbox is just amazing...I sent about 50GB to B2 Backblaze in a few hours the other day. Now I'm worried that their software is doing something way more sinister, as I've learnt, "if you're not paying for it, you are the product". It seems as if Genie9 (the parent company?) offer affiliate marketing deals of 40%, which is a nice incentive for all those bullsh1t reviews you see about the product, but you can't polish a terd. If you want something free and easy use Google Drive. If you still want free and aren't afraid of computers, Mega. If you want to backup your computer in the easiest way possible, Carbonite If you are a bit techy and like to save your pennies, Backblaze B2

I have not had the experience with zoolz yet, However, with G-cloud, absolutely! And I certainly highly recommend the products and services.
