Do you want to trust your data with a company that may close down tomorrow? There are much better, much safer options that cost less. This company is unreliable and unethical.

Total scam. I purchased a lifetime plan just over two years ago, now they say they cannot honour the service they sold and not offering me any refund on money I paid. At least they should have decency to offer full refund when they are withdrawing their services for which they have charged customers. Why only refund orders under 12 months old? I was sold a life time service just over 2 years ago. All life time orders should be fully refunded.

UPDATE: as expected their response is generic. Class action anyone? Like everyone else got the email they are closing their Australian servers after unsuccessfully trying to force me on to a yearly plan after a purchased a lifetime. I will raise this case with the Australian ombudsman in order to get my money back plus compensation if possible. I will do this tomorrow some time. I'll include the case number soon EMAIL BrisbaneOFT@ justice.qld.gov.au with your complaint in to ZOOLZ practise

Total ripoff. Took our money for lifetime service and then cancelled it. They really don't deserve any business going forward. My company will not use them for anything except as a dart board.

Avoid this company. Your data is safe at Zoolz as long as they don't decide to kick your Lifetime plan out of business and to ask you for a different subscription on a yearly basis. I bought 4 Lifetime plans, and now I have nothing.

This company cannot be trusted. Lifetime licenses not worth anything. Last year they introduced a yearly fee for lifetime licenses which we were compelled to take to ensure fully functioning use of their service. Now they write to us saying sorry that they are closing down the Australian servers but we can pay for a business plan on our US servers with a first year 90% and then A$281.28 (probably more) a year.

I had a lifetime subscription and they say 7 years is good enough. But I can save my data by paying them more money. Sorry Zoolz you lied to me. If the product was not profitable then that was their mistake in pricing and my mistake in believing. Why would anyone believe you again and give you more money? Not me.

Same as everyone else. Whoever purchase the "lifetime", should be rolled into the new plan. You cannot offer a product and not stand behind your word. Dear Matt, Thank you for contacting Zoolz. Same as the rest...paid more than the yearly rate for the "lifetime" membership only to get about 18 months of service. Everyone just received an email about how sorry they were but they either had to lay off staff or screw over the customers (I'm paraphrasing of course). We have a business as well and it has been a heck of a year, but our stance was to NEVER screw over the customer, even if it ran us out of business. Our view is that the customer IS the business, hence our choices. But Zoolz has decided otherwise I guess.

Sorry I could not give a zero bunch of stars. I’ve been able to upload files of several gigs - but can not download them. They close my ‘lifetime’ account with no ability for me to access my large files. Also, folders which add up to large sizes must be downloaded in pieces which makes checking for accuracy a HEADACHE!!!!!!

I purchased this plan less than a year ago and just got an email this am telling me that they extended lifetime by 7 years...... Where is my 7 yr extension? If this is true the lawyers will have a field day for fraudulent continuation of selling unlimited home subscriptions knowing they were extending earlier subs but canceling at the end of that 7 years screwing and robbing new subscribers. Give us the 7 year extension from when we bought into your scam.......or refund our full amount since we won't be able to keep what we have stored after 2 weeks. Businesses should run like hell away from this fraudulent morally bankrupt company. You have been warned!

If you're not a scam company, why have you blocked angry customers from Facebook? You've also disabled the comment option on LinkedIn. If this doesn't stink of covering something up, I don't know what does. And thank you for honouring your lifetime deal for a whole seven years (great if you're a hamster). I've got USB flash drives that still work after 20+ years. I think that says it all really. And your 'replies' to all of the angry review on here are just a lazy copy and paste job. How do you expect businesses to trust their data to you? Now… cue the generic response from Foolz, sorry… Zoolz.

I paid for a lifetime subscription. About 3 years ago for 1 or 2 TB cloud storage. Now suddenly I get emails from Zoolz that they stop tis service and will delete all my data, giving me 2 weeks to download my data. This is rather impossible, because a lot of it is in what they call "cold storage" that means it will take forever to download. Besides the fact that they cannot be trusted for the things they promise ( lifetime cloud storage and safety ) and that this is a form of theft of money, they just delete ALL your ( backuped) data!! Just why you wanted a cloud storage in the first place!!!!! This is criminal! Never do anything with this company. It is a scam!!!!
