Was not made clear that it was quantity of pages not pads so paid nearly £50 for 15 pads all bar 3 are damaged aswell , will not be ordering here again

Yorkshire Talent Partners had an exceptional and seamless experience with WTTB, from beginning to end. Initially, we worked with Michael McCarthy who guided us through the artwork process, ensuring everything was print-ready and even suggesting additional elements we might need, all explained in simple terms. Afterwards, Jen Allen, the Customer Service Manager, took over and provided thorough guidance through the entire process, accommodating my limited knowledge of printing. Despite a few errors I made online while placing the order, Jen promptly corrected them and patiently stayed on the call until I completed the payment. The service I received was great.

Quality printing only issue recently was an artwork one. The front cover of a 4 page card was off centre slightly. It was my fault for allowing slightly too much space in the centre of the artwork on one side. This could have really simply been rectified by a simple quality check. Also some of the pricing is very good other items less so.

Good print company, website is easy to navigate, competitive prices and the whole process from purchase to delivery is very painless. Never had any issues with print quality during the 4 years I've been using WTTB and they're always in my top 3 printers when quoting.

Staff were extremely helpful when I had questions about the product & artwork specifications before I placed the order. The hand clappers were fantastic and look great. Despite the order arriving slightly later than expected, I was impressed with the help and support given to resolve this. Will definitely use WTTB again for future printing & merchandise

Brochures were not delivered on the specified day - this caused an issue as had to case dpd. Print quality disappointing compared to previous printed brochure, will likely have to reprint elsewhere at my cost.

Wide array of products, variables, flexibility in delivery and also quick to respond with support when I did have a question. Price is completely acceptable so all in all nothing negative to say. Would use again.

I suggest customers pay the extra charge for an artwork check, as they will print the full order even though the artwork may have "hidden layers" that are not apparent on the software used to create the artwork. I have reordered and paid the extra £12 to have it checked. This is the first time that there has been a problem with "hidden layers" with any of the printers we use.

Amazing quality and better yet super easy to order. From ordering to the delivery it was a flawless procedure, so much so that 2 days later I placed my 2nd order. Highly recommend.
