Brilliant, for a good price

Very responsive and willing to answer various questions I had before placing the order. There was some miscommunication over the order itself - I didn't receive an email with the pdf proof so the order was a day or two delayed, but customer service was great and got the order out to me as soon as possible. Quality of the printing was great.

Print quality has been good however have been let down on delivery dates on more than one occasion. Also every delivery I have received via DPD have arrived in damaged boxes and needed to be repacked before I could deliver to the client.

Specifically spoke to someone and requested the 2 jobs go together, same address. NOT notified of delivery schedule. Sent in 2 parts.My copies delivered in extremely poor condition, box badly damaged.

I had to chase to recieve the artwork support I had paid for. The CS member was very rude. The boxes arrive half the size I thought I had ordered.

I found WTTB through a Google search and am glad I did. I only had a small order, it wasn't going to be a huge money spinner for the company. And yet they were very helpful when there was an issue at my end which delayed the process for some hours. The company dealt with it at their end and my leaflets were with me less than 24 hours later. Great service.

Really good service - competitive pricing for a very small run perfect-bound book at a bespoke size. Easy to order online, I did use the support chat to clarify a question which was handy. The templates/help sheets were useful reference. Quality of print is superb.
