Brilliantly printed job. Simple - but our client loved it!

The laminating was smudged ant the fold had jagged edges. Haven’t bought from them for a long time, standard has definitely declined.

Quick replacement of order with damaged leaflets. But new box arrived damaged and heavily repaired by DPD. Box was single panel again. Leaflets ok as it was not raining. Questioning your service for the first time

We order beautiful wrap paper from WTTB and are super happy with the quality. After trying a few manufacturers WTTB stood out above the competition. Really useful to be able to drop ship directly from them too.

Business cards cut off-centre, cut short so that artwork too close to edge, and not even cut square. Completely spoilt the job. Not the first time we have had a shoddy job supplied by this company.

Great customer service!!

I found the upload experience to be really confusing and the customer service really unhelpful. There is no way to guarantee what you’re sending is accurate as they don’t generate and send a proof. When I asked for them to check the page numbers matched up before sending to print, they told me they print as it’s sent. If you’re not going to provide a proof, then how is it possible to verify anything has been uploaded properly? Especially when you ask for the booklet to be uploaded as two different files. Extremely disappointed with the service and I won’t be sending anything else to this company for print. The final print was high quality, but this was after two attempts and two payments. Totally unimpressed

Brilliant except the registration process which didn’t work for me initially. and I was initially dumb founded as where I uploaded my artwork for my Flyer. I did not know I had to order and pay and only then I could upload. It was concerning to do it this way. A leap of faith. It was because I asked a friend and she reassured me that I could upload my artwork later that I made the order.
