With over 20 years of experience as a print client from trade printers worldwide, I could not be MORE IMPRESSED with WTTB. From the customer service team to the bespoke team to the quality of product, print, colors, packing, dispatch, quote service, and overall experience, I'm blown away by what our non-profit received. We've placed three orders, for three different products over the last month, and just received our most recent order of 3,000 booklets. Our whole team is in awe of how beautiful our magazine looks, the color accuracy of the print, the quality of the paper, and the durability of the laminate. We've never gotten this perfect of a job at such a reasonable cost in either the US or China. I also couldn't be more grateful for the kindness, patience, helpfulness, and competence of the bespoke and customer service teams in helping me manage what turned into a complicated situation for us here, with pausing the order and then restarting and then delaying shipment...etc. Michelle, Jen, and Jordan, as well as the print crew in the London factory, you all are AWESOME! My main problem now is trying to figure out how to affordably ship your products to the US, because we won't be able to go back to any other company now that we've experienced WTTB. Thank you!

I have used this company for many years, personally and professionally. Their work is always to a high standard, the customer service is great, either via the chat, email or over the phone. The also have very competitive prices, the best around.

I have found the order process to be safe, simple and quick to use from basket to order completion. A great variety of products with the option for bespoke if really needed. One major factor is having a great sales support team on the end of a telephone which is becoming a rareity and a USP in its self nowadays

Awful! This company do not take any accountability for incorrectly printed goods. They do not conduct pre-press artwork checks, unless you pay extra for it (ridiculous) and will basically print anything sent to them, even if when glaringly incorrect. Customer service is poor. Beware! Go to a professional provider who take the effort to artwork check your files and raise any concerns ahead of print. All printers do, just not this one unfortunately.
