Problem with initial delivery quickly sorted. Quality excellent. Customer service exemplary.
Great communication. The prints however were quite different in colour to my screen and the same prints I’ve had printed elsewhere. I had A4 notepads printed but they were trimmed slightly too much which meant I couldn’t put a notepad cover on.
WTTB is aparently automated, mistakes still happen even though they deny it is their fault. A recent error is PROOF that the process is dodgy.
The customer care team helped me on call to make my artwork designs pass the precheck. The boxes came swiftly with no delays.
The quality of the printed publication was great and delivered ON TIME. WTPB staff on the phone were friendly and informative. I will continue to use WTPB.
UPDATE ---- After seeing this review, they contacted me and credited me 50%, so I'm updating my review from 2 to 4 star as customer service decided to help! UPDATE ^^^^ Hit & Miss. Sometimes the quality is good, i've had too many problems with them with misprints and quality issues, for at least 1 in 3 orders.. and the proofing system is so manual they need to get up to speed with currently proofing technology.
