Have used Where The Trade Buys many times now, and unfortunately on the last order we ran into some issues with our banners not printing properly. Placed an urgent order worth approx. £2300 for Vinyl Banners and was told after making payment that they could foresee 'problems' with the job and advised me to cancel the job. Placed me in a really awkward situation with my client and I fortunately placed and had the job printed elsewhere with no issues at all before I received a refund from WTTB. I have been buying and selling print for 30+ years and have never had such a disappointing experience as this. I would never even consider using WTTB for any future projects.
