Very prompt delivery
Hadn't used WTTB before now. I became very confused when asked to ensure that my artwork be formatted and uploaded according to their templates, so I rang them up and spoke to a very helpful and cheerful lady who walked me through how to reformat my files so that no mistakes were made. The artwork arrived on time, and I have no qualms about the quality.

I was looking for a quick turn around on some prints for a meeting the following week. I spoke to the same person on the phone each time and she was incredibly clear and helpful. Prints came out just as expected!
I needed an order delivered quickly but missed choosing the earlier delivery slot option. Having placed the order, I got in touch on the chat portal and was very quickly put in touch with Robin. I explained the situation and Robin immediately escalated the job which was delivered the next day. I can't rate Where The Trade Buys highly enough for quality and price, and having a chat portal connecting you to people like Robin, their customer service is exemplary. All in all, a fantastic business with fantastic staff!
Lovely service, brilliant customer service and delivered in perfect condition
The customer service I received was very good, but the products themselves had to be reprinted three times as they had pages upside down and random blank pages, and even on the final reprint, they weren't amazing. I ordered paperback books, so the pages being inserted correctly is the most basic of requirements.
Unfortunately, the products arrived damaged - however, WTTB resolved the issue without hassle and very quickly; the replacement order arrived within 2 days. Amazing!
