Jen has been hugely helpful in fielding all sorts of questions I had about the Artworker+ service and always responded quickly and efficiently to anything I asked. The fact that we couldn't take it up was completely outside her control and she couldn't have done more to help. It was a shame that the company's policy on providing the original files was inflexible. It would have helped us hugely but if the computer says no, then it's NO!

I paid for a digital check of my files, but it was only 5 days later that I was informed they weren’t right… then when I went to the page to upload the amended files, there was nothing written to suggest that if I did that, the original ones would remain… so I upload them, and unfortunately the original ones remained. When I saw this, I contacted support who told me I needed to delete the others first. Useful info to have given at the outset, and not intuitive from their order interface. Then I couldn’t edit the order to change them myself and neither could support. So that wasn’t a great experience, although staff I spoke to/ emailed were pleasant. The products were good though in the end. Please fix these systems though, then it’ll be 5 stars all the way.

SUPER QUICK AND EASY SERVICE

Really good quality print. I found the instructions a little confusing but someone fro customer service got in touch and helped me out. My wee booklet looks great!

Quick service, quick delivery one day ahead of time, the business cards arrived packed very well in individual boxes.

Was sent a completely nonsensical final product. The only thing flagged when we submitted was that a file didn't upload properly, no one sent the design before printing, and what has arrived is completely unusable.

I noticed a slight issue with the artwork not being ours, but Jen in the support group was very reassuring and reactive to getting the issue sorted for me and even delivered on the agreed date and on time for our junior play that we were supporting. The cast and crew were super pleased with the overall quality and finished look and feel. Top marks to WTTB and Jen in the support team!!!

Friendly helpful staff, even invited me to visit their office in Sunderland. However, what is really great about WTTB is both the quality and the great prices.

Easy to select a product and upload artwork. Great status update notifications, and delivery on the date they said they would, with excellent courier delivery updates too. Business cards are great too!
