Ordered 5 sets of spot uv business cards, came back poorly cut with frayed edges, most likely due to a blunt blade. Spot uv also in incorrect position, admittedly due to artwork, but this company does not pre flight artwork in any manner, which is truly awful service. Just a cowboy operation which cares more about volume than quality. Professionals avoid!!

Service was ok and had no problems with delivery. the system of making the payment then uploading the artwork caused issues as the artwork was rejected which i was notified through email on friday afternoon (not seen until sunday eve) made for a tight delivery window for our deadline date.

When I had a rare quality issue with a print job Dionne responded immediately, getting a reprint delivered in less than a week and alerting the production team to the issue so that in-house processes can be reviewed. She kept me informed and updated me on the delivery details. Mistakes occasionally happen but I received a very good response from Dionne and the WTTB team.

Late deliveries again, even though paid for a day early. On the plus side they did let me know the day before and have refunded the extra paid. They are looking into the problem
