Worcester Bosch provided a very fast and efficient service and came in at a reasonable price. The installers were great, arrived on time did a excellent job and explained everything. I would not hesitate going direct to the Worcester Bosch Fast Track service again.
Excellent boiler, replacement for identical unit which gave us many years of trouble free service. Just sits in the kitchen and quietly works beautifully.

My central heating boiler developed a fault and as it was was still under guarantee I contacted WorcesterBosch so that it could be fixed. Customer services were very helpful and arranged for an engineer to visit 2 days later. I was regularly updated about his time of arrival and Howard, the engineer, rang me about 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know that he was on his way. On arrival he quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it for me. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience.
I secured an installation date in less than a week, and the process of getting a quote and scheduling was quick and hassle-free. The team that installed the boiler was professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
The FastTrack Team were very helpful and managed to get us a local installer booked in for the next working day. They followed up with a call after the install to check everything went alright and that we were happy with the new boiler. I'll be recommending them to family.

Very happy with our new Greenstar 4000 boiler. Installed by Amw heating using the fasttrack installation service. Fastrack team were very helpful and kept us updated. Boiler seems great so far, very quiet and efficient.
Had my boiler broken beyond repair in the middle of the winter. I contact Worcester Bosh for a replacement and , thanks to fast track team I could have a new one in just 2 working days! They sent a local gas engineer who installed my new boiler and provided an excellent service.
The boiler has operated perfectly since its installation last March. The temperature in the house has been maintained at an optimum temperature during the winter months. We have a always had a copious supply of hot water. We will have no hesitation in recommending your product.

Our new Worcester Bosch 4000, installed and fitted by Chris Miles, Plumber/Heating Engineer (Stalbridge) last year has been an excellent replacement to the very poorly running Combi, bought with our new home. It was inefficient, broken and inappropriate for our new home. So, yes, we are very pleased with both Worcester Bosch and our installer.
