From the day it was installed it has been great. I have no complaints.
The new boiler developed a fault within 2 months of installation. We contacted Worcester Bosch and they attended within a few days and rectified the fault. So far no other issues, boiler model Greenstar RI . Seems to be very efficient.
Great service through HEH company, excellent work and am good price. My boiler working perfectly until now and gas consumption is 40 less compared to previous 12 y old boiler. Bills are significantly less than before. Thank you will high recommend to anyone!!

This is my second Worcester Bosch boiler having installed one in my previous home. I was offered a cheaper alternative boiler but the efficiency was not as good and was not as quiet.
The installation was carried out very efficiently and since the boiler has proved to be very quiet and efficient.
The unit is very impressive and is very reliable ,we have linked it to a Hive thermostat system and are very impressed by both

Great boiler and great company fitting
Since my boiler has been replaced, I have spent the same amount of money on gas, due to the increased efficiency, so well worth the outlay, as prices have increased around 15% this winter to last, including the lack of heating allowance as well. No 'benefits' so didn't qualify for help, but very happy with the outcome.
Very economic unit - wireless control unit a useful feature for a comfortable environment.
This is the second Worcester bosch boiler I have bought, the first one was a combi boiler in my previous home that I had no problems with in the 12 years we were there and am sure this boiler purchased last year will be as reliable.
We've had the new boiler about 10 months and had no problems with it. It seems to be working fine.
As usual professional and wanted to get to the end of the problem without rushing so the task was completed thank you
