No problems at all with boiler. Heats up radiators quickly. Only minor issue is it’s slightly noiser than I expected when hot water tap run, mainly due to noisy fan running on after tap switched off. Almost silent when running central heating.

The remote is a pain never works right.

Boiler has required 2 x engineer visits despite being less than a year old. First time was a new board needed and cant remember the second issue. It now is quite noisy. Works fine since engineer visit and easy to use.. but not overly impressed.

The boiler was placed in the internal emergency water cupboard rather than in the garage as is the norm in these types of houses. Boiler is simple to use and hopefully more economical… we have not receive a bill yet… 100% happy with the installer and the boiler itself.

I had a Worcester Bosch 32CDI fitted to replace my previous Worcester Bosch condensing boiler which gave me 23 years of excellent service. The new boiler is excellent and hopefully another 23 years service.

It warms the house, which is exactly what it's supposed to do. It provides hot water, ditto. And, in the boiler department, we are even more comfortable than before.

Boiler has now been installed since last summer so it's just completing it's first winter. Seems efficient, is certainly quiet and no problems to date. Took a star off as found the remote wi-fi thermostat/programmer not particulsrly user friendly.

Had to replace a baxi boiler due to age. We researched available boilers , we decided to opt for the Worcester 1000 30 KW , it seemed the most likely to fit the space we had available , this boiler is a little gem , efficient, quite, and appears to be well made . We have been so pleased with it we recommend it to a family member , they also purchased the same boiler. The installation was done by Aquila heating based in Warrington , great service and good staff.

Works well no complaints made the right choice in having a wall mounted one.

I have been surprised how much more fuel efficient the new boiler is, wish we had done it ages ago

Very happy with my newish (I’ve had it a while) boiler. Very effective and efficient, easy to control and , I’m sure, cost effective. I certainly feel the difference.

We are delighted with the Worcester Bosch boiler fitted last year. Our old boiler was efficient and in good working order, but nearing 15 years in age, so we decided it was prudent to replace it. The new boiler is a definite improvement, heating the house quickly when required and is providing the best all round heating we have had in our home over the past 28 years.

The new boiler has worked well with no problems and simple controls.

The catch holding the front on broke after 9 months. You replied to say someone would reach out to me - but you didn't say what you would do to rectify the situation.

Appears well made ,efficient use of gas , the view panel is a bit small, the remote control is confusing and a bit busy.
