Boiler is compact and quiet when on. It has been reliable and we have had no problems since it was installed
I have found that the Greenstar 4000 was so much resposive than my old boiler. I no longer have to run the hot tap for a few minutes before the water is warm enough. I have just had one problem a few weeks ago. The display on the boiler said that the system pressure was too low 0.7bar. I tried contacting the installer, but never got back to me. There was nothing in the user manual to show how to correct this fault. After a couple of days, I managed to work out how to fix the problem by the troubleshooting with my old boiler. Apart from that, everything has been Hunky-Dory.
The boiler works, heats the water efficiently and is quiet.

The boiler was recommended and I am pleased with how it functions. I was told it was the best by my installer. My previous experience was a Vaillant in a four bedroom house. This boiler is ideal for my bungalow. The programmer took time getting used to but all is well

The boiler is perfect. Only 1 issue was the pressure went down when we bled the radiators. Was easy to increase the pressure back up. Would definitely recommend.

Had the same boiler for 18 years with no major issues, so therefore as this is a tried and trusted boiler I bought the same again , installed by Bosch with a ten year warantee , Lewis fletcher fitted the new boiler and new tank . Such an excellent Bosch plumber from there approved installer list . This boiler has saved me about £150 per year so they have improved there green credentials .

The boiler has worked perfectly since it was fitted nearly a year ago. It is good to know that both parts and labour are included in the 10 year guarantee.
As happy as can be exoected. Thumbs up.
