I've had a really good experience here today at Wilsons Epsom helping my dad find his final retirement car so this is a really easy 5 star review from me that i would like to share with others. After starting the day viewing another car and being unsure about it and even unsure about the trader selling it we have found a second car at Wilsons. Nicole who showed us the car and took us on the test drive was so good at her job with such great energy i was so happy to see my dad have such a nice experience finally finding his car and Nicole was so helpful taking notes and answering questions we had that i have to recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the service I received when buying a car last month at Wilsons. From the moment Rhys Burrell saw me browsing through the used cars on display, he was attentive, courteous and keen to help me find what I was looking for. Without being in the slightest bit pushy or trying to promote any one make or type of car, he showed me round the vast selection of vehicles available and made sure he understood exactly what my price range and my requirements were. He answered all my questions patiently and with obvious in-depth knowledge and let me take my time. Having gone away to make up my mind, and then arranging a test drive to confirm my choice, I found the process of buying the car very smooth and efficient and I was very happy with the deal I got. Wilsons is a big outfit with a strong reputation which they take care to live up to. They are professional and knowledgeable and take customer care very seriously. I found the attitude of the staff at Wilsons a very pleasant contrast to that of the staff at another major dealer less than a mile away (whom I shall not name), who ignored me for half an hour before spending the next half hour explaining why they wouldn't be able to provide a car for me for at least eight months. I would certainly recommend Wilsons to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Terrible customer service. Complete disregard to customers. Don’t bother ringing no one answers the phone. I am a serious buyer and was looking to spend serious money with them but they messed up. I had seen a car that I wanted to buy but they said it was reserved online. No one could give me a specific answer as to when the online reservation expires even though I subsequently found out from their website that it’s 48hrs. I have left various messages asking for the sales agent to call me if it is available again. Then the car had become available again and they sold it without having the courtesy to contact me despite spending all afternoon trying to contact them about this car and email exchanges with the person who showed it to me. I was really upset and the manager didn’t offer to put things right. He said they have a lot of customers ……basically they don’t care.
