New car broke down after 10 miles! Had to be recovered 10days later still awaiting information about the situation dispute numerous phone calls asking for information which to date have not been replied to

Jacob was great to deal with from start to finish. Not at all pushy but very helpful in finding us the perfect car we were looking for and had great knowledge on all of the different vehicles!

Today we had the oddest experience from MG from Wilson. We booked a test drive, was called if we would be available. Point number one which was terrible was that they didnt have a car available ready, which was very odd as they called us to confirm. Point number two they wouldn’t let us drive if we weren’t happy with the figures, which I can understand but then why not tell us this was the purpose of the early morning appointment. Point no. 3 the sales guy didn’t have a clue about the battery size and finance deals available at all. I think it’s sad that MG trusts such dealers to sell their cars. Find the customer experience terrible there. I’d save your time and go to a different MG dealer if you can.

I’d give Wilson’s minus stars if I could. They’ve had our van for 2 months now, done nothing with it. When we chase them we get fobbed off with excuses. We’ve contacted Citroen directly but they’re just as bad. We are losing money and clients thanks to Wilson’s. My advice, don’t buy a Citroen van and don’t use Wilson’s. UPDATE - 29 August - still heard nothing from Wilson’s, no sign of the van being fixed. Shambles. We shall be seeking legal advice.
