I have had bad experiences with other dealers in the past, so I went to Wilsons with very low expectations, but Freddie was very patient with me since I kinda gave them a hard time just to make sure my past experiences wouldn't repeat. The deal was fair for both the parties as I trade in my old car, so all in all very smooth and recommended.

BE CAREFUL BUYING NEW CARS FROM NISSAN WILSONS. I upgraded my Nissan Qashqai 2 months ago after previously owning a Qashqai for 3.5 years, got promised and brand new reshape and new features and the car was supposed to be so much better 2 months after owning the car i get 3 warning lights on the new car, which i call Nissan Wilsons assuming they would just sort this out as its 2 months old, they say on the phone it could be rodents which will be at my own cost after only explaining the warning that came up which indicated to me they are having this issue with this. There are also forums showing other people are having this issue! I have never heard or owned a car and my previous nissan Qashqai never had this problem and had only being driving to the same places i usually would and regularly do. I confirmed it had been chewed in which Nissan Wilsons said they would charge me £300-£400 pound to repair for a car i bought 2 months ago! Which also could happen again within days or months who knows! It was also confirmed they think there is something in the wiring which attracts the rodents to the car so this is a well known issue which they are getting a lot and nothing is being done to rectify this so new cars will still be sold knowing something in the wires attracts rodents to chew on them!! They blame it on a manufacturing fault!! And they could not guarantee this will not happen again once fixed!! I did not buy a brand new car to have to pay out £300-£400 every couple of months because all it took was 2 months after receiving the car for this to happen. NISSAN WILSONS TOLD ME ITS NOT THERE RESPONSIBILITY AND THEY KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. BE CAREFUL BUYING NEW CARS FROM THEM AS WHEN IT GOES WRONG THEY DO NOT CARE!!

Another example of them going above & beyond is; Because we live on the other side of London, they drove a vehicle over to our home for us to test drive as well as collecting us on the day of our pick up because of the train strikes.
