Today I am picking up my new Renault Arkana. Having found 2x appropriate 0% deals on the market, I was choosing between 2 cars. Of course, price was important, but in the end there was only 1 winner as the service I received at Wilson’s was second to none and I actually went with a higher priced vehicle with them, purely down to their level of responsiveness. They always called me back in a timely manner, provided me with updates unprompted and ultimately delivered a genuine friendly service with a smile.
Thought it was very important to update my review after original order! What can I say other than, many companies would do well to take note of Wilson’s (Fiat) customer service. My daughter collected her Flat 500 yesterday and from order to delivery the experience had been flawless. Greg needs to take credit for that! I mentioned to Greg how my daughter believed all new cars came with a huge red bow. He delivered!! She was in tears seeing her car all “gift wrapped” I cannot thank Greg and Wilson’s enough for making it all happen.

I cannot say that I am a long-term client to Wilsons as I only brought my vehicles from Wilson around July 2022, as recommended by my friend. The price from Wilsons is not the cheapest on the market but if price is the only concern I would have approach other garages of smaller scales. I brought a used car thus apart from money I am looking for reliability for peace of mind. I had my vehicle done the MOT and Service at Wilsons on 5 June 2023. To be honest the process wasn't very straightforward as the initial MOT has failed due to certain parts not functioning properly but I raised a concern if that parts, unlike the usual consumables like brake pads, is covered with the warranty that I brought from Wilsons when I purchased my vehicle. This involved a few internal departments from the service team, sales team, probably the administration fee which I can imagine deals with the warranty matter. This is understandable given the size of Wilsons. This appeared to be a hassle to me if I were to coordinate among various teams where I have no technical knowledge on car. However, the senior management from Wilsons stepped in and quickly have the matters, which appeared quite complicated to me, resolved within 4 days. I am not sure if it's appropriate to name the personnel here but I do wish to render my appreciation for their leadership, dedication and kind assistance. Discrepancies do happen within any business but it's how you handle when they do happen - and turn crisis into opportunity. I have been to other well-known, sizable garages but I can certainly say Wilsons is better. I had my previous vehicle done the MOT at another well-known, chain-store garage but they were not able to fix the horn and referred me to another garage who indeed did not provide such service...I gave up and had to take my car back to the dealership which wasted time and money. If you are looking for a reliable and reasonable service I would certainly recommend Wilsons. I trust most experiences should be hassle-free but if issues do arise, I am confident any issue will be resolved reasonably and timely. In summary, "value for money" is what I can tell about Wilsons.

We have used Wilsons for purchasing our new lease cars and trading in our old ones. Sawan Kaura has got to know us well over the years and has been amazing and patient with us. His sense of humour and salesman charm is great. Keeps you up to date on the progress of the delivery. Explains everything clearly and we would recommend him to anyone who wants to start the process of purchasing a car.

I have a very bad experience with this Hyundai branch, the customer service of this branch is zero, the car was delivered to me two days after full payment, without MOT certificate, after a week and calls and emails, they finally gave me the MOT. They emailed that it was out of date and I missed my PCO appointment and had to pay £120 again and another £40 for the MOT, unfortunately no one from this branch took responsibility for this loss and my email was answered. I regret doing business with this branch. I could not work for a week only because the Staff and manager of this branch are not professional and do not fulfill their duties in front of the customer.
