Back in April 23, the paint on the badge on my brand-new MG Hs front grill started peeling off and needed to be replaced under warranty. I brought my car to Wilson Epsom. They ordered a new grill badge and booked me in a few weeks later. On the set day I left my car with them. When I came back at the end of the day to pick up my car, I was told they could not complete the work because not all parts were ordered. Now 5 months later, on the 15th of September 2023, I left my car with them again. When I came to collect it, I was once again told that they could not complete the job because they did not order all the parts. They can't carry out a simple job like changing a badge on the grill of a car.
Alex was patient, informative and provided excellent service whilst we completed our part exchange purchase. This is the 2nd time we have completed this process with Wilsons and again it was a smooth and efficient exercise.
Great first experience with Wilsons, I'll be back next time I need a car!! Stuart K was excellent throughout the whole car buying process, keeping me upto date of where we were in the process and sorting out a suitable fleet car when I really needed one for a few days! A pleasure to deal with!

We purchased two cars and the customer care we received at Wilsons Epsom from Ashley T and Greg F was second to none! Ashley dealt with the lease of a new vehicle and he ensured all our questions were answered and made the process smooth and quick. Greg assisted us in purchasing a second hand vehicle and his attention to detail was superb. His communication with us was excellent at every stage of the purchase, we would receive an email regularly updating us on what was done to the car that day. He answered all our questions in the meantime which helped with setting up the insurance. On the handover day, we were pleasantly surprised that the car had some extra service done by Wilsons (new tyres fitted and break pads) which was not necessarily discussed at the sell point. We felt well looked after by Greg and Ashley and other members of staff at Wilsons who happened to be passing by or were part of the process. We never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions - simply speaking first class service all round!

Great experience with Sav in the Peugeot showroom. My husband and I were undecided which SUV to go for and he was very patient and gave amazing advice/ideas around the flexibility we needed (dogs & grandchildren) and our Peugeot 3008 which we collected today is absolutely perfect! Thank you also to Sophie who took care of a lot of the paperwork. Couldn't recommend them enough.
From start to finish Sawan was amazing. He made buying a car easy , fun and without any stress. He was always able on the phone and kept us updated regularly.
