I really enjoyed my visit to the showrooms to order an Alfa Romeo today. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. As a woman viewing cars I have encountered some very 1970's attitudes which I do not appreciate. Greg Fox took me out for my test drive and was kind, patient and knowledgable as well as respectful. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend him.

Made an appointment to discuss leasing a Jeep via the motability scheme. Appointment booked for 2pm so I arrived slightly early and was asked to take a seat and wait for ‘Sam’. I sat for over twenty five minutes without a single word of explanation as to why I hadn’t been helped. I told one of the sales staff I didn’t think it was good enough and left. Some two hours later I had a missed call from them but no message and no attempt to explain, apologies or rebook another appointment. I shall go elsewhere!! Such a basic level of sales/service failed.
Absolutely horrendous service. Would avoid at all costs. Having leased our vehicle from Wilson’s back in 2020, we have now been told we need an entirely new engine due to a manufacturing fault within the vehicle! More then likely due to the oil filter that wasn’t replaced when Jeep serviced our car last. We are a family of four that rely heavily on the daily use of our car, as most people do, and after weeks of trying desperately to get hold of someone at Wilson’s, we have been completely pushed aside and made to feel helpless at all turns. “We’ll have someone senior call you back today” is a common thread at Wilson’s, resulting in no call back or correspondence, and us constantly chasing. We have now been left paying for a car that is un road worthy, and forced to hire a replacement car at a very high cost. Not once have Wilson’s attempted to offer us any compensation or help in the process. We certainly never expected this when we originally leased our vehicle! We have been told “ we’d recommend you take your car elsewhere for a service, as we’re too busy”, followed by “we’re no longer liable and have broken your contract, as you took your car elsewhere.” Nice touch! To anyone considering getting a car from Wilson’s Epsom, don’t!
