You have to change delivery company immediately.... None auction page use that company anymore.... Is a very serious reason for not bidding in your actions.,.. Your guys helps me a lot with my delivery and they answer to my email immediately....

I think the process of giving someone the opportunity to counter a bid... easy to register and take part ... item came packaged properly ensuring it stayed safe and delivery was quick ..

This was my 1st experience of a whisky auction and I chose Whisky.Auction as their website information was very clear, with lots of how-to information. I am a collector and wine & whisky educator in Hong Kong who had experience with a few online whisky auction sites (usually go with physical auctions). A few comments on the quality of service: - very clear fees & breakdown on their site - amazing due diligence on products - product condition section could have been done better and more detail, but photos are clear enough Throughout the whole journey, I was not very sure about whisky.auction since it is my first purchase with them. The whole process was very seamless and someone contacted me right away after I won the bid. Since I had to ship to Hong Kong, I receive the quotation at the same time. Whisky.auction uses DHL for my offshore delivery which I feel very secured and can track at anytime. Unfortunately, I had dispute with local customs’ Tax (VAT) quotation so the parcel were stuck. Salute to whisky.auction’s team (particularly Gemma), we had over 50 emails exchange where the team helped me clear my customs situation, request parcel to return, authorize DHL to return, receive the parcel at London, repackage and ship to another location where I was traveling with 24 hr delivery service. I really appreciate the hustle and effort the team put together to help me retrieve the whiskies in such a short period of time while being able to completely match with my travel calendar. Gemma and her team have done above and beyond what was expected for my tiny order. Showing complete competence, care and professionalism. Thank you once again. My folio 3 is now displaying in my home bar with absolutely stunning condition. This story will be told in all my future whisky lectures. I previously write a review about Whiskey Auction and how great they were. My opinion on them hasn't changed one bit. Ever professional and efficient with advertising, packing and communicating the status of my purchase/bid. I haven't sold via them foe a long time but I wouldn't hesitate to. If only they come up north to collect the bottles, last time I sent some bottles down I felt like the delivery costs dug fairly deep into my profits.

Started off by chatting with the team on a call and then created an account online. I sold two bottles with Whisky.Auction and the process was very easy and personable as I was able to speak with someone whenever I had a question. I would certainly use the platform again in the future.

The web auction site is very easy to use, I like that there are only three minutes once a bid has been made to make a counter bid when the auction time finishes rather than what seems to be 15 minutes on most other sites and on one site is indeterminate! The dispatch is extremely quick after payment and the goods are always brilliantly packaged.
