I have experienced efficiency and speedy delivery of bottles won at auction . Whisky.Auction definitely has the cheapest delivery rates available compared to other auctions I have used . The bottles are packed extremely well . I have found them helpful and informative in the past when I needed to ask a question about a bottle . Another plus is that they don’t just auction whisky but all the other spirit types as well .

Hello I'm faizan. The guys have really helped me out with great service. Very patient. I got angry at them once due to an issue with the delivery which was out of their control. However, they don't give up on their customers. I find that with whisky.auction, they quality is usually good I get far more nice tasting bottles than with other places. (Lower number of bad tasting, poorly stored, cork tainted etc).

Website and auction process is clear. On the whole, I prefer your approach to setting end times for each lot, rather than delaying the whole auction for hours, as some sites do. Packaging is great and delivery is quick - generally better than other sites. Shipping cost for a single bottle is very expensive, since you don't offer storage to hold off shipping until more bottles are acquired. 15% commission is too high. If other sites can do 10%, so should you. One star off for that.

No offence to you guy's , I still have a bottle of Jim Bean legend stuck in Manchester cos of all the KNOBS that voted for Brexit , last delivery to Wales for our kid bang on...keep up good work😎viva espania
