I sold two duplicate bottles one with whisky.auction and another site,the other site far out performed you on price.l think you need a bigger audience and less of the retail reserve prices it takes away the excitement of auction buying.

Suggested to open up more shipping worldwide. The hammer price is too high for bidder. Banking transaction fees should be adsorb by hammer price.

THE best auction. Easy and honest

Website and service are very good but the buyers commission rate is far too expensive compared to most others . I have bought in the past but haven't recently because of this , I'd definitely buy more often if the commission was less .

Whisky.Auction is a decent site to work & purchase from. The biggest problem is there commission charges are ridiculous compared to other sites on the go! I will not be making any more purchases again from them because of this.

Helpful advice and great service

Whisky.Auction, and their sister site, The Whisky Exchange, both have exceptional customer service and a good user interface. My only complaint regarding Whisky.Auction is the hammer fees, which run 15%.
