Always precise and on time

Bad experience. Bad customer service. They charged £10 which isn't cheap for dispatching two 0.5 litre bottles by parcel force. Obviously parcel force only deliver during normal working hours Monday to Friday, which makes impossible for me to collect them as I'm (as is most people in UK) at work in their delivery time. When I inquired about it, Whisky Auction fobbed me off and told me to contact courier (by paid parcelforce CS number) - contact and tell them what? That they delivery times are only good for jobless and retired? Won't be buying again with WA. To much hassle. I'll be requesting refund.

Great selection of spirits. However delivery charges are terrible. Cost over £8.5 for delivery of 1 bottle. A £30 bottle with all the extras costs over £50 and it just spoils the experience.

Absolutely fantastic service from the guys and girls at whiskey.auction I was left some bottles from my uncle who sadly passed away and didn’t know what to do with them. After reading some of the reviews off all the sites I decided to go with whiskey.auction and boy, it was the right decision I sent them the list of bottles I had they sent me a packing list and I got them down on a courier a couple of days later I logged into my account and they were all a cleaned up with some lovely photos and a full description the auction went live. They keep me up-to-date and at the end sent me an invoice less their fees and that was my super duper experience. Hope this helps Gary Meighen.

Charges are way over the top compared to others

Excellent communication from the site when you were outbid on the products. Delivery of the good was very quick. Cannot wait to bid on more whisky!!

I have won many bottles of whisky over the last few years and have always been happy with their service. My last purchase included a bottle with 2 glasses in a presentation box. When I opened the parcel one of the glasses was broken although very well packaged. I sent proof of the damage and was contacted the following day with an apology and an offer of compensation. Very impressed and will continue to use.

My engagement with Whisky.Auction has been delightful. Their website is clear, responsive and easily navigable. I found an interesting and varied selection of spirits to choose from with clear photographs of the items for auction. I like that you are immediately advised if your bid is winning and when you are outbid-very helpful. Once informed you are successful and have paid for the item, delivery occurs soon afterwards with minimal delay. Also, if there's an issue or query it is easy to speak to a real person about it - a rarity these days. I will use Whisky.Auction again. Recommended.
