Fees are way too high… with the listing fees and the commission fees. My sales totalling £154.00 went through and I ended up with £85.50. Nearly 50% in fees! I’ll probably not bother again in the future as there are others that do similar that charge less. I’ve read your response and it’s still stupid. Fees are too high end of.

Used this site for the first time and was positively surprised about the entire process from A to Z, it went very smoothly. Also when sending a package from outside the United Kingdom. What I find particularly positive is that you are kept well informed - and the communication is good. You get a response within a few hours and the payments are actually made within a few days after the end of the auction. Seems to me like a reliable and honest site where the commission costs are also reasonable.
