Originally I tried another large company which is very well known and they would not deliver the item I would need to collect in store, however they only had two of the item in stock and I needed eight. I called them to see if the could source all eight and their solution was to go to various stores to pick up, which was totally impractical. So I then I searched on line and found Webster Power Tools, the product was slightly cheaper and placed the ordered online. Within a short time I received a telephone call to let me know the item I wanted was no longer made by the supplier and they suggested an alternative, that would work just as well or even better, so I ordered it. The next day the product was delivered. Fantastic service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I bought my husband a Dewalt table saw. Found Webster power products to be the cheapest online. Website was very easy to use with next day delivery. As promised, the table saw was delivered next day well packaged and I was kept up to date with text delivery service aswell. Overall a first class service all round. Would definitely recommend

Website says next working day delivery,turned up six days after ordering,also says supplied with drill bits but none supplied,and no free dewalt cap as shown on website. Sent a crappy bag instead.Won't be ordering from them again.

Placed my first order with this company last week and had prompt delivery. Unfortunately 1 item was missing from my order, one phone call and a very helpful member of staff had the missing item with me the next day. The power saw was exactly the unit I was expecting and was delivered next working day as advertised. The packing was a bit crude, but seems good enough to have made delivery of the unit safe - still at this price (almost £50 less than Screwfix) some corners have to be cut. Will use them again I'm sure
