This black fridge is beautiful indeed. Once arrived, I let it rest then plugged it in and it made a big noise and I thought, 'Oh no, Dale, not another loud machine like my last fridge was, but within no time the machine stops noising once up to temp, and kicks in only briefly to maintain the temp. All in all the fridge is reasonably quiet even when the motor kicks in. The small icebox plus the inner of the fridge is ideal for a one, or 2 persons. Yes I would recommend. Quick delivery which was appreciated given the current situation with Crona virus. Product was as specified although more ‘grey’ than the picture would indicate. Overall, I would use the site again.

The partial refund has just been paid so I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Original review The washing machine was delivered with a big dent in the front. It took about a week to arrive in the first place, and as we needed a washing machine, I accepted the offer of a £115 partial refund. It's a month and a half later and still no sign of the refund. Avoid! Since your reply I've checked my account and have not found a refund for £115 nor any refund of any value from ViewClickBuy. The only entry that I can find is my payment to you. Even if the refund has gone astray, it doesn't explain why my chasing emails have been ignored. Please check that the refund wasn't returned to your account for some reason. If it hasn't please send details of the payment to me via email as offered.

WARNING...... We purchased a white knight tumble dryer from these people, what a nightmare. At first, couldn’t praise them enough for delivery timing, spot on. However, upon opening the packaging we discovered damage to the outer cabinet. Informed VCB, who organised an exchange. The DPD driver was very reluctant to take the damaged item back, however he relented and it went. We checked the the outer of the new one, all was fine but when plugged in it was like a cement mixer turning.... the drum was catching the inside of the cabinet. I spoke to “Jayden Douglas” who offered a refund or exchange, we opted for exchange. I waited in on agreed delivery day, and at approx. 3:45pm I rang VCB to see where the item was and was told by Mr. Douglas he would check and get back to me within ten minutes. At 4:45 after no contact, I rang again, I spoke to Richard ? who informed me that the delivery had not been actioned. When I told him I had expected a call from Jayden, he said he would check, then funnily enough, my wife received an email saying “as I had not answered my phone, he decided to mail me”. LIES. My phone was right next to me, he hadn’t tried. We should have given up then, however my wife wanted a dryer so we agreed on another exchange. After going through the same routine of delivery the new one arrived but the DPD driver refused point blank to take the damaged one away saying “we don’t handle white goods”. WHAT, you delivered it..... So now I’m left with two dryers on my hands and it gets better.... when we tried the replacement, again it sound like a demented cement mixer. That’s when we called enough. I rang, spoke to Richard and asked for a full refund.. I realise there are some good reviews on here about VCB, but my experience has left a bitter taste and would never recommend them. Paul.

I should have delivered the item on the 10th of March but I didn’t and when I called they told me that they don’t have it in stock until April so they told me that you will refund me the money and I still didn’t receive my money back.

Happy with purchase arrived on time has got a long scratch on top can not be bothered to send it back package was in good condition so had to been sent out like it but is ok for extra freezer space

My order of a fridge freezer from ViewClickBuy arrived damaged. I have since contacted them and sent them this email on 19/1/20 but have received no response: ________________ Purchased this fridge freezer on 1/12/19 and received it just under two weeks later. I was moving house prior to delivery so I had a fridge freezer ready for my new place and knew it’d be to complicated ordering one nearer Christmas. When it arrived the delivery drivers asked if I wanted it unpacked, I explained my situation and they said it’d be best to keep it in the box if I was moving it again, so I agreed. I expected the box while they were there and was happy that there were no bashes to it, only markings was around the middle there were slight dents of a strap that had been used for safe transportation. I moved it a short distance to my new house with no problems (it’s smaller than a normal fridge so not so cumbersome), when I unpacked, it was a bit wobbly but knew the feet needed adjusting so thought I’d sort that at a later point. When I looked more closely at one if the feet, the plastic around the metal foot that you twist to adjust was snapped in half so it was impossible to turn. Then I noticed it was snapped because there was a huge bash in the area under the bottom of the freezer! So bashed that it looked like someone had taken a hammer to it. Therefore it had been realigned and not stable. I still had the polystyrene packing that the feet were secured into in the box. This was not damaged at all. With how big the bash was, the box and polystyrene would have been effected too, seeing as polystyrene cracks so easily, my only thought is that this was packed and delivered already faulty. I have made the fridge freezer not wobble, and I can only hope because the outside seal has a slight gap due to the bash that it’s not effecting the amount of energy it pumps into it. Strangely when I purchased this particular fridge freezer, there were some other reviews of it on your website being bashed (on the side and more cosmetic, not as bad as my one) which have since been removed. After this I thought I’d risk it, in which I now regret. Pictures of damaged fridge freezer and un-damaged polystyrene attached. _________________ I advise anyone buying from ViewClickBuy to be aware that your products may be damaged on arrival, make sure they have the time to fully inspect on delivery and have the time for it may be having to be sent back, as mine was clearly damaged before being packaged.
