Having paid for my fridge a week ago, I am still waiting for someone to contact me about delivery. I have emailed and received no reply. I am pretty sure not having the product delivered falls under 'unacceptable'.

Fast service, great product that I didn't easily find elsewhere (slimline chest freezer) Had a delay with the courier but information at point of order meant it could be rectified immediately and did not detract from the overall experience. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Don’t bother. The prices may be great but the goods never arrive because the courrier service is outrageously bad. After a missed 2 hour window I was reassured multiple times that the order was on the way and would arrive today, because the driver was stuck in traffic. Only to get a call from the courrier 3 hours later that their driver had ‘a family emergency’ and nothing will be delivered today. Save yourself the time and order from a decent online shop! The price difference is purely due to incompetent delivery service

Be very careful what you buy from the viewbuyclick because if you want to return anything they will make it as difficult for you as possible , they will find reason or issue with item , I bought a steam oven from ebay from them it was not a the size I wanted 600mm by 600mm is one i needed . I explained to him that the builder have been messing me around and I was in mess and depressed I was willing to buy the size I wanted from them so it simple exchange . Return was 30 days & I called Dan on 31st day . so Dan said call Richard the following day, I called him and explained my dilemma and listened and asked me send photos of steam oven which I did I had call him many time before He’d taken my call , because he picked up the phone said he will call me back , but he just sent email saying one of reason saying NO is because steam oven is USA size and would’t sale in uk ones rid of it got his money . I did a lot of research and was so pleased I found View Click Buy! They had exactly the tumble dryer I wanted, at the cheapest price - anywhere! Quick delivery! I might moan that it came 10 minutes before the 7.30am earliest time estimate, but it was no problem! Parcel was well wrapped, but simple to unwrap (unlike other appliances I've bought). Very pleased overall. Highly recommended.

Very fast transaction. Costumer service answered the phone very quickly, were polite and helpful with a fast return phone call. My Maytag washing machine arrived in under a week by 2 polite delivery men and put in situ for me to install. All in all a great transaction.
