Absolutely appalled by this company. Ordered a tumble dryer over a week ago. Yes price was good, delivery seemed reasonable. Took my payment but guess what no delivery as yet. Called them they don't answer then when i eventually got through they blamed the delivery company, told me the item had been sent. So i phoned the delivery company and asked them what was going on they said they hadn't received the item from the sender as yet. Tried calling the sender and theyre not answering. I was very reluctant to place an order based on previous reviews regarding deliverys and them not sending items when they're suppose to. However i like to give companies the chance to see for myself. I guess i learnt the hard way. So to date i still have no tumble dryer and not even sure when it will arrive. This company provide false information and blame the delivery company yet theyre the ones at fault. If you can't meet the criteria and expectations that you promise your customers then maybe stop trading. Never come across anything like this. As i said other customer reviews speak for themselves this is an ongoing problem from what i can see.

Quick, easy to order arrived quickly. Contact them by email and reply and resolve everything quickly. Very happy with my undercounted fridge/freezer.

I had shopped around online to find the right mini fridge. Prices varied considerably and View Click Buy had the lowest price in stock. Delivery was fast, efficient and included a 2 hour delivery slot with driver tracking. Couldn’t ask for more.

The delivery drivers couldn't get the dryer through the door so had to be left outside in the rain. They were to take away the old appliance which I paid an extra £20.00 for. They said that that also wouldn't go through the door but didn't try, I had to pay for someone to take it out for me and also to bring in the new appliance. Saying this I'm happy with the product.

Bad company, Cannot contact them by phone which goes to a mailbox full mobile, cannot contact them by email or any other way, they do not issue a VAT invoice even though they are VAT registered.

Still not received item. After numerous attempts to contact company. Now having to wait to see if I can get refund.

there was one issue with the fridge i had bought (there was rust on the metal lock part and a small dent on the side- the latter was barely noticeable) but when i messaged the seller, they got back to me straight away and were very friendly. they offered a 15% refund which is pretty decent to me. the product itself is completely working and as described. the rest of the fridge is in perfect clean condition. i would say i’m satisfied :)
