Lovely fire... was delivered before the date I ordered, but fine with that.

Not impressed so far. Ordered a fridge/freezer on 30th November and they were supposed to call within 4 days to arrange the delivery date according to their website. It's now been 5 days and apart from a response to my email where they were getting in touch with the courier, they didn't get back to me as promised and I've not had a delivery date. When I rang them I got a standardised voicemail saying number 1002 was not available please leave a message. Very strange they haven't recorded a message. Not good service so far and more than a little concerned where my fridge is (and my money).

Good product but came dented and bashed, offered £25 discount or replacement but faced with trying to send a fridge back and getting a replacement opted for the discount. Now have fridge that has been clearly dropped :/ Wouldn't order from them again.

I ordered a fridge from this company and it came faulty. A day later went to return it but they didn't sent the right label so I had to go back home with fridge. They said they were going to contact me to get the fridge but they never did. It has been over a month and they are ignoring my calls and every time someone picks up they say they are arranging pick up collection but they never come. They wanted to the time to go by so they could have the excuse no to refund the faulty item. I'm willing to take this further as per customer rights I am entitle to get refund for this manufacturing fault item. They are efficient when delivering the item but when it comes to returns they the worst company ever.

Excellent service and all stops pulled out to ensure we received the freezer in time.

Item was damaged on delivery, accepted a discount.Cooperation from Click buy was good.

I would like to give 5 stars as I am very happy with my product and the cheapest price anywhere but I didn't receive a delivery slot email or text. This was annoying, I had to phone customer service who kindly supplied me with information. Maybe I shouldn't moan cos delivery was included. I would definitely order again

Very happy with my wine cooler. It's cheaper than buying from the high street. Great service all round.

The parcel didn't arrive on the day it was meant to and there was a 2" dent in the side when I opened it.
