The item is amazing in itself, although when I received this item and I unpacked it there was 2 quite big dents in the front and when I rang to discuss this they have me a email to send pictures to and I've had no reply so still nothing done about this which has made me lower the stars for bad communication, although if this was sorted on the day would be happy to have put more stars.

I purchased a fridge from View Click Buy a few months ago. I purchased from here because it was approx 40% cheaper than anywhere else - for exactly the same fridge!! Couldn't be happier with my purchase and would purchase from View Click Buy again.

Ordered SMG S64SN Gas hob. I received standard confirmation email. There was no further communication. Called 4 days after to enquire when the hob was to be dispatched. It was only at this point I was told: "we have 1 of these items left however it has been placed into faulty. This is why it has not yet left. I do not have any more showing on order and can anticipate a 3 – 4 week wait. However, we do have the Stainless Steel version available if you would like to swap for this model?" Why would I accept a silver model when I want a black model? Why no communication before being prompted. I asked for refund and was told: "I can confirm that the refund for your order has been actioned this end. The funds should take no longer than 2 – 3 days to reach you depending on how you chose to pay." I chase for refund as did not see any refund 4 days after and still no refund. Chased again after 3 further days. Refund has now arrived 8 days after the original email stating refund. Company should not offer goods it does not have to sell. Any issues should be communicated immediately - not wait for customer to chase. Refunds should be processed immediately not wait for a risk of chargeback. 2 stars given because person who answered call was polite and courteous.

Excellent service, as had to send tumble dryer back as packaging was damaged, also dryer had a dent in top, two days later new dryer arrived the other one taken away, could not fault the service, would recommend this company will definitely use again. Also thanks to Dan who arranged pick up etc.

I ordered a fridge for them to be called a few days later and told the item was not in stock. I subsequently asked for a refund and it never came, i have continually been asking for a refund for the goods i have never received and keep getting told that it will be with me shortly. It is now about 5 weeks since my order and still nothing! This appears to be a scam website, i'm now looking at different ways to go about getting my money refunded. Police first, then probably my credit card company. Absolute bunch of crooks. Stay away

Very RUDE delivery driver (his name Hurbans) said that the appliance was light in weight suggesting he did not want to wait for my husband to open the garAge door. Then once my garage door was opened, we ask them to put on top of the washing machine (the light weight dryer he wanted me to move) and he said this is not my job and walked off, I’m not upset that he didn’t want to do it, because that’s fair enough but it’s his mannerism and just ride customer service. The other driver was very apologetic and embarrassed. Haven’t tried the dryer yet, but I’m sure and hope it’s fine.

Fast service but the purchase was delivered in a completely destroyed and mishandled box (I have never seen worse than that!). The company failed to keep notice of my preferred day of delivery.
