I'm still waiting for my washing machine. It's not usual to ask for a review before supplying the goods. I'm sure if I'd been asked for feedback after delivery my score would have been higher
Very good top notch
mini fridge arrived within 24 hours but was not as advertised. Was shown as having an internal light which it did not. Contacted and stated that the advert was a mistake and have since amended it. No time to return product as it was a child's birthday present.

While my new fridge arrived promptly, was in perfect condition and as advertised, I had received an e-mail confirmation stating that I would be contacted to arrange a delivery time. This didn’t happen and the fridge was delivered without my knowledge several days before I moved into the property. Thankfully the letting agent happened to be there and received the fridge on my behalf. It would have been good if I had been contacted to arrange a delivery time to avoid the inconvenience on the part of the letting agent.
