Absolute Nightmare !! Bought Chest Freezer 8/03/20 stopped working 23/05/20 and they have absolutely no interest in taking care of this.
A nightmare! I ordered a black refrigerator to match my kitchen - they sent me white. I emailed to advise them of this & they offered me £10 for my inconvenience - then they failed to pay it. I have emailed since - they ignore my request for a replacement. The worst example of customer care I have had in a long time!
Quick delivery, freezer works great, looks nearly new, and I'm glad to have it. It didn't look new though. There are scratches in the paint and is has dents. Cosmetic issues that I don't really care about, but I did purchase a NEW item and thus the one less star.

Ordered a mini husky fridge, the price was circa £20 than everywhere else and the shipping was quick. On the downside there’s a dent in the top of the fridge.
