Could use smaller packaging so items go through the postbox. Delivery takes longer than expected for what you pay for delivery charge.

Buying, paying etc all good Items though took a while to get to me. Seen to sit with courier for quite a few days Box was very damaged when it arrived. Driver was concerned items were missing, but luckily they weren’t.
It took too long for delivery. My dog suffers from a skin allergy but I had to continue with buying the food that she is used to. I would like to order some more of your food but before doing so I need to speak to your customers service to ensure that you deliver in good time.

So far not impressed with the cat grass seed. I have used this product several times before from other suppliers and the results have always been great. However the first box I have tried from vetsend has managed to produce 2 shoots after 5 days. Not a great result but we'll see how the other boxes go.

I was shopping around trying to find a good deal for the brand acana, dry food for dog and found vetsend. great value for money when you look around. I just need to order it a little bit in advance and not last minute as it isn't as fast as I though it would be, it was more than fine, but course it is me being use to such quick deliveries. I will re order next time for sure THANK YOU

I would say , delivery was marvellous, the driver bought the dog food right into my kitchen and put it where I keep it, fantastic as I am not young anymore andYour help really helped me.
