This is not a UK company and they post from the Netherlands so now I have to wait for 5 days for the item to arrive. Very misleading when they have a VETSEND.CO.UK address not happy

I have been buying my dog food for 1 year. His food is very hard to find, and at my last order, the Hermes “forgot” to bring me the food for about 2 weeks, but Vetsend helped me and they will send it again ❤️ Always fast delivery and great customer service.
This 1 star review is harsh on Vetsend because they are being let down badly by their delivery company EVRI. This is the 4th order I have had an issue with. To be fair to Vetsend they have tried to sort it out but I’m still without my latest order.

The dog food I’ve bought seems to sit packed for a few days until it’s goes to the courier; I know it states the delivery time in the small print but I’m disappointed how long it takes compared to other companies and think it could be improved . I ordered on a Wednesday this time and it wasn’t delivered until the Monday after .
