100% unreliable company and the Customer service is a joke Highly not recommend !!!!!!!!!!

First time using this company, only ordered 2 large bags of dry dog food and they apparently send in 2 shipments which were eventually delivered 3 days apart after a lot of chasing as only 1 bag delivered originally Would use again but they should advise of split deliveries when ordering

Good range of products but really slow delivery. Considering this was medical-related it should have been with me on a Monday. I whatsapp’d to see if this could be sped up but it took even Longer to arrive, the following Wednesday! I had to but duplicate supplies from another company to keep me going until this order arrived

Ordered cat food on 26 May, it was said ,that delivery will be on 31 May, today 1 June and still didn't received parcel,and no any information about that. Horible delivery service.

On the website it clearly states 5% of all care products with a promo code. I was buying AA Lazulon which is definitely a care product for my cat. The Promo code did not work. I contacted Vetsend who said it is not of everything when on the website it clearly says it is. The company is not honest and the marketing tool is incorrect on the front of their website. Very dissapointed

Second time I’ve ordered from this company first delivery was late due to Evri second order for nearly £70 of prescription dog food seems to have been lost by Evri and now I have run out I placed the order in plenty of time to avoid running out 13th May, it’s the 21st now so will have to source the food from another company. Will not be using this company again as they insist on using Evri formally Hermes and as all of us in the UK know from watching BBC Panorama and reading the Evening Standard newspaper this is the worst delivery company on the planet just read their 1* Trustpilot reviews they are unreliable, impossible to contact in person unhelpful and dishonest and treat their employees appallingly. A name change hasn’t fooled anyone they are useless and unless Vetsend changes to a better courier they will lose UK business.

My product arrived in a few days, but I am not happy with the quality of the product. I can't send it back as it has been opened.

Product is great delivery was not so good. Had msg to say they had my parcel and then another msg delaying the delivery. It took 2 weeks. However I am still very happy with the product.

MY DOG FOOD WAS OUT OF DATE WHEN I RECEIVED. I call them, send them picture, they say that they don't know when they can fix the problem. Beside being illegal to sell expired food, they dont know how to manage this neither. A proper company will not allowed that, ever. And the delivery should have been done next day, its been done in 5 days. Never order from them again.
