I ordered a food container for my dog, however it arrived damaged. Packaging was inadequate simply placed in a box… I made contact and received a full refund which appeared the following day.! Very quick indeed I was impressed.

I ordered sheep licks two weeks ago, and they have not yet arrived. There appears to be a problem with the delivery company being used. I wanted these quickly and have now bought some elsewhere whilst waiting for my order.

Ordered two retractable leads off them which were received promptly, however one of them has jammed and won't retract. I contacted Vetsend asking what was their procedure for returning faulty items under warranty, they have ignored my emails! Poor to no customer service from my experience.
This is the second and last time I use this company. Firstly they tell me 4 days after ordering, that I had not paid, even though my bacs clearly showed that they had taken the money out 3 days earlier. Contacted them twice and they ignored both my emails and my account shows that order not even active. Unbelievable! Next time I shall order from my own country and use only a professional company. Sadly 1 bag of food didn't arrive Another 1 dispatched but still waiting. I would not have ordered if I had know it was dispatched from Holland. Hopefully the replacement will arrive soon

Ordered the top 4 in 1 tee shirt for my dog as she has a growth and the area needed protecting. The top is soft and and gives her the support she needs . The top also works as a comfort when she gets stressed. Will be ordering another for when the one is being washed . Can totally recommend this company for keeping the customer informed on delivery, good service and products are the same as illustrated .
