5 days after placing my order, still not even any tracking information - i.e. it hasn't been dispatched / received by the courier. They claim next day dispatch, which is a lie. They don't state their lead times for delivery, but if you want anything in a hurry, then AVOID.
When you pay £4.50 you expect that to at least be delivered within a few days not more than a week later, I ordered a product that is needed daily to help my dogs kidneys, unfortunately due to the delay in receiving my order our dogs health has declined massively
I spent £8.50 for a quicker delivery expecting at the most to receive my order within three working days. One whole week later I received my order. I won't be buying from Vetsend again.
