Like everyone else - I just can’t understand how 50% of reviews are 5*. Refused to refund my cancelled flight in June, luckily I had ‘cancel for any reason’ insurance so claimed it but but Vayama didn’t return any emails. For over a month there was no response until I asked them for a cancellation voiding them of any reimbursement costs which I needed for insurance. They got back to me very quickly after that. The airline had already refunded the cancelled flight to them- they’re the only company making money and it’s through stolen funds!! Oh I also bought Vayama insurance to cancel for any reason and they took that option off the website. Never again using this website to book.

I can be able to give 0 or negative I would terrible company terrible costumer service. Just took my 1000 and didn’t answer my calls and keep hanging up on me for asking for refund.

This company is a horrible fraud! I cancelled my flight PRE flight. The airline has also confirmed that they have refunded VAYAMA the money as the flight was never taken. They are still charging me and emailing me delays in refund. Absolute fraud, do not book with this company

Vayama, an airline travel agency... NO Compassion, only care for making money!!! Never again. Don’t buy tickets from them (Vayama website) Here’s my story... My family planned of going on vacation. We purchased our tickets, excited to be with our relatives for my son’s 5th, my 50th, and my mom’s 75th birthday. A week before our flight my son got sick. The doctor advised for him not to travel. Hoping that he gets better, and per Vayama’s advise (cancel 24 hours before the flight), we hold up a little bit. Three days before our trip, he was still very sick. The doctor told us that he can’t go on a trip. We called Vayama, but they say they can’t do anything about it. We sent them 2 emails with documentation which includes the doctors notes and the cancellation about the flight, but to no avail. With the fear that something my happened to our son during the trip we ended up losing about $1400 for my son and my husband’s tickets since we decided that it’s better for my husband to stay with him. We were not asking for a full refund of the tickets. We were hoping that that they consider at least a partial credit for future travel. Really really disappointed!!! My son was sick! They never care. I encourage everyone reading this not to buy from this travel agency. 👎 👎 👎 I’d rather pay more than deal with them.

And by Garbage, I mean the trash site. Basically got ignored by these people in Vayama. After the change of date by Belavia, the airline company cancelled the flight for sep.1 but these dudes decided that iTs oKaY tO nOt TeLL tHe cUsToMeR, bEcAuSe wHo cArEs??? I had to contact Belavia directly to learn about that cancellation and change my flight date but these f**kers only replied to my emails with template answers. Stay away from these guys, cheap price but HORRIBLE service.

Just a terrible company or just plain cheats. I am not sure what to make of it, but I made the mistake of buying Qatar Airways tickets from these a**holes, realized I had made a mistake, cancelled within an hour and re-booked the correct flight. Even a year later I they did not refund the money. They kept saying they would, but they did not. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company, which eventually wrote off that money and paid it to me. Still nothing from these pieces of s****.

Run!!!!! Do not buy airline tickets in here!!! Customer support will never answer your calls. Been sending emails for a month. Zero respond back. Is the most legit scam right now in market I guess

DO NOT USE VAYAMA. My flight to Ukraine was cancelled because the Ukrainian government closed their borders again. Vayama has repeatedly told me my airlines (Turkish) has no refund policy for cancellations and other times tell me I am eligible for a partial refund. Every email I receive is from a different person and they never address the fact I didnt cancel my flight, I'm legally not permitted to go to my destination. Absolutely horrible customer service and Kayak.com should no longer show them in flight results.

Vayama the worst company. Avoid to have business with them! Purchased ticket for $232, to change date of fly I have to pay penalties $3000!!! Customer service horrible, agents useless and unhelpful!

This company should be out of business. they steel peoples money. the air line company canceled my flights and I should get all my money in full refund. but they deduct $100 Dolores for their own reasons. I will never use their service any more or Kayak they are the same.

When Covid hit I made sure to take some extra precautions such as buying insurance through Vayama. Once I realized I would not be able to make my flight, I went to change my ticket only to discover they had removed the option from my portal. They also turned off their phones deleted their social media. The only way to contact them is via email and they pick and choose who they will answer. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Vanyama. Beware! Fraud! Dishonest company! Telling lies and taking exorbitant fees. Plain & Simple. Never use. Blacklist them. Make everyone aware. 16/6/2020 I booked a flight costing me USD787.85. 16/6/2020 Without my knowledge they apparently refunded USD687.85 to my card (Same day! Odd! Suspicious!) (according to my bank showing after middle of August on actual statement.) 27/6/2020 They emailed me to say flight cancelled and refund will be made when airline provides it. 27/7/2020 They said they are still waiting to be refunded by airline. 4/8/2020 They said refund was being made by them back to my card. Will take 10 working days. 6/8/2020 My credit card finally received the money back from them but only 78%. So they made me USD183.60 worse off due to currency change because they were charging USD100 cancellation fee which had nothing to do with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible!!!! Still waiting after 3 months to get a response to my email regarding my refund. Will never use them again !!!

They resort to dirty business practices like contesting with Customers' bank to name a few when they lose ground. It's High Time they are black listed from doing business in USA.

Vayama is a terrible company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's nearly impossible to receive a response from the company regarding refunds. Our flights were cancelled by the airline due to covid. According to the airline we were entitled to the entire purchase amount to be refunded to us. Vayama was uncooperative and unable to give any sort of timeline on our refund. I contacted BBB and was able to finally receive a partial refund. Vayama refused to refund the entire amount even though they were refunded in full by the airline. DO NOT use this company.
