We have our flight scheduled for 8pm but there was a changed in the flight schedule and we were not informed by vayama of the updated time. We came two hours before the scheduled flight per vayama but turns out our flight was for 6pm - we end up missing our flight.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I booked 4 trips to Greece. They had to cancel the trip due to Covid-19. Promised a refund. They have not issued anything back (no refund, no voucher). The trip was book in January for April, canceled in March 2020. Its been 7 months!

Awful experience. Can’t reach them. Still waiting on a refund for a cancelled flight in April. It’s been 7 months. Airline says they have issued a refund to Vayama. They emailed me once saying that when the airline issues a refund I’ll get it soon after. That was a couple of months ago. How do I get my money back? Emailed them a few times but no response.

They are thiefs! We booked tickets to Italy and the flights were cancelled in April and I have yet to get Refunded. Emails are not responded to and they are not accepting calls at this time!

Vayama SUCKS! I mean they are ridiculously horrible. A leg of my flight was cancelled and I got no notification. When I called, the were confused and then told me they changed it without my consent. Moving forward...I requested a refund in April...it is OCTOBER! Every time I call, I receive different information as to when I will receive it. They have yet to give me my money back and I doubt they will. Do not EVER book with this company. Customer service is terrible. They lack communication and transparency. Just do not even put yourself through the pain. RIDICULOUS!

We bought 5 tickets from Vayama… We bought 5 tickets from Vayama they were canceled due to COVID-19. I contacted British air ways and they can't access my information, I'm contacting trip.com which is the parent of Vayama to see if I can redeem my voucher.

9 months and still waiting for refund.They don’t have right to hold our money like this.we should really file a law suit against them.

I am not trying to contact Vayama any further but I am calling a very reputable law firm that will easily love to take this case on contingent to start a class action suit against this slipshod bogus company.

Very happy with Vayama. Honest business. Purchased 2 tickets last year at August 2019 for Japan trip April 2020. Due to Covid19 airlines (AA and JAL) canceled us and we rescheduled the trip to November 2020. Just got canceled again for November 2020 trip. So, airlines decided to refund our money, exact amount when we purchased. Thanks to Vayama!

Im still waiting for my refund. I purchased my ticket in February and my flight canceled due to pandemic. Im still waiting for my refund but they send email every month that we are trying to force to airline company to refund your money bla bla bla.

It was one of the most terrible experience I have ever had. Poor customer service. Unprofessional and liars. They hang up the phone on you and never answer your question. They promise you someone will get back to you in 24 hrs and no one does. They steal your money and no one is reachable or held responsible. No enough words to describe how awful this company is. Please do not ever use !!!!! Waste of your time, energy and money.

Vayama is dishonest. It is really a scam. I am supposed to receive a $4000 refund for flights that I was to take in April on United Airlines. They promise that there will be a refund. But, the money must first come from United. LIE. United has no idea the cost of the ticket and can do nothing for me. I have reported them to the Department of Transportation. Hopefully, they will do something. Please NEVER use this company for anything.

I went to change a flight Vayama charged me an admin fee (ok that's fair) however never sent an e-ticket. Told me on a number of occasions that they were looking into it but nothing. DO NOT USE THEM . Also very difficult to speak to someone on the phone had to call a USA number which worked 10% of the time. Update - 3 weeks later Still no reimbursement from Vayama for their admin fee and flight change costs which they incorrectly charged me for. NOTE - Vayama never proactivity contacted me about their mistake and the lack of e-ticket, I was able to check-in etc for the flight, if I had not checked the e-ticket error I would have only found out when I went to board the plan. Very poor company do not use

I wish I can put no starts for this company. Never seen a company like this so un professional I got said everything still waiting for my refund since March that my ticket was purchased. He still says please wait how much longer at this point I think my money was lost is a fraud company don’t buy nothing here

Desde el 15 de abril de 2020 he solicitado reembolso de dinero de 5 pasajes internacionales. Han pasado 6 meses. Nadie responde. Los números de contacto no funcionan, la respuesta del email es genérica y automática. Al no tener respuesta, la sensación es de haber sido estafados. Creo que es necesario acudir a recursos legales para exigir una solución.

Finally, I received my refund (6 months later) after reaching out to their Customer Relations Manager, the Vice President do Customer Operation and the Chief Execurive Officer. I don’t know if you deserve 2 stars but I guess since you reimbursed my money I should add you one star (versus my last comments where I gave you one). It has been a stressful journey of claiming what’s supposed to be my right. I’ll never book through you ever and I advise everyone else to stay away from your business since you don’t really care about your customers!

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH VAYAMA! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND WILL NEVER INFORM TOU ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR FLIGHT! I booked a flight and they never told me my flight got changed. Called them, they don’t pick up the phone. Emailed them, they told me they can’t refund me saying they can’t change my flight details..... huh?!???? I asked you to refund me because you took my money and They email me back saying this: “Unfortunately, we are unable to change/cancel your ticket as the ticket has already been changed by the airline previously. As a result, we no longer have access to your booking. If you want to change your ticket, you should contact the airline directly. They will be able to help you.” THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE/FAKE COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!
