Tuve el mal criterio de comprar con Vayama dado que no responden ningún teléfono, me han contestado mensajes contradictorios por correo, no devuelven los Servicios Extras adquiridos con ellos cuando es la Aerolínea la que canceló el vuelo y para colmo, se me hizo un reembolso que fue mucho menor al valor que pagué por sólo los tiquetes con ellos sumado a que adquirí las sillas, así que menos me devolvieron ese valor. Vayama!!!! su servicio es terrible, son mentirosos y se quedan el dinero de los clientes incautos, ¿por qué no me reembolsaron al menos todo el valor que pagué por los tiquetes???? Y las sillas que compré? Tampoco me van a devolver lo que pague por Póliza?
Vayama estafa. En mi caso se compro un vuelo a Japón vía china en diciembre del 2019 y ya en 2020 cuando iniciaba lo del covid y la aerolínea canceló el vuelo (y se compró un seguro) los de vayama desde entonces hasta octubre Nos contestaban que ellos veían el tema y ya de repente no saben quienes somos y no tienen acceso a la reserva y dicen que ya lo veamos directo con la aerolínea. Porque no decirlo hace 10 meses .... y ahora decir que ni tienen la reserva es una grosería. No compren con esas personas.
Never use this company! I purchased some flights in February 2020 and I am still waiting for reimbursement to the date October 2020. People at Emirates confirmed they reimburse them and my flight was canceled due to COVID
TERRIBLE SU SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN Y LAS RESPUESTAS POR CORREO Llevo mas de un año solicitando un reembolso por una cancelación de billetes que tuve que hacer. Al principio me dijeron que antes de tres meses me lo darían. Durante todo este tiempo me han dicho que ellos gestionan el reembolso con la aerolínea, es este caso Air Canadá y cuando Vayama reciba el monto lo transfieren a mi cuenta. Ahora la persona que ha estado respondiendo mis correos me dice que ellos no saben nada y que hable con la aerolínea. Es súper evasiva con mi caso. Necesito una respuesta concreta y justa.

I have been trying to get my money back from them for 5 months and they are kept on telling me the airline will pay me directly. I called the airline and they told me that your flight ticket was paid with third party agents credit card and we have refunded the money. I have sent the proof to Vayama and they are still not helping me.
Finally, after SIX MONTHS with a hundred emails about when I can get my refund from Customer Service of Vayama. I can get my money back. I don't know If I was lucky or not because the money I get back is not really small. I think the Customer Service of Vayama will not help you get back with your money. You should try to find the Relations Manager, the Vice President does the Customer Operation, and the Chief Executive Officer and email them what Vayama takes from you. I did it and I get a refund. I will rate them one more star for this complaint but I still try to avoid as far as I can with the third party and United Airlines.
Took my money for a flight and refuse to refund or credit. If there is the slightest problem, you will lose your money. Please do not book ANYTHING through third party vendors.
Really bad customer service.I won’t suggest anybody to book tickets using vayama.I am still not able to get my refund back for my turkish airlines ticket which was cancelled in march due to lockdown in India.I am still following up even after seven months and inorder to get my refund back.
The fastest solution now is to contact your credit card company and tell them to take back the money for you guys. Remember to keep track of your records that you reached out to vayama as your credit card need those info.
my name is manu varghese i booked a flight ticket for 1500 canadian dollars from toronto to cochi and back. due to covid the flight cancelled the ticket and asked me to contact the agency for refund . i called many time and no one is picking up. i wrote many mails but the response is very slow and said me to wait for some time. i waited for more than 7 months. i wanted my money back this is the worst service i ever saw and bad management. booking number VUS-15031542
In February I booked a June flight to Peru and because of Covid my flight was cancelled. I never called them or anything. I wasn't expecting to get my money back but was pleasantly surprised to see a flight refund in my account this morning.
Vayama has been stalling my $3000 Covid-19 refund for more than six months now. (I bought five tickets for my family.) Since this appears to be a widespread tactic, I would like to start a class action lawsuit. Is there a lawyer out there who would like to take this on? Please email me at fvardy"at"gmail.com. Unless they go bankrupt soon, there might be a lot of money in it, especially if punitive damages are tagged on for fraud: I suspect they have claimed the funds from Lufthansa, without passing on the money.
Updating this review to reflect that I was reimbursed the full ticket price from Travix DBA Vayama. It took a long time and emailed multiple people in San Jose and Europe.
Terrible / non existent customer service. Attempted to refund or change a flight in the middle of the pandemic. I gave notice a month in advance. They told me to reach out directly to the airlines (Aeromexico & Delta) - both of which noted that they would be available to change flight or give me a flight credit for a later date, but noted I had to go through the agency to do so (Vayama). Vayama didn't get back to me after 10 attempts to get in touch, and no phone service. Then they would not refund or credit after the airlines confirmed. Had to dispute with my bank but my claim did not go through. Do not trust them.
Compre 4 pasajes Stgo. New York para el 15/5/20 que por la pandemia llame a LATAM y deje abiertos. SIN mi consentimiento Vayama solicito restitución de fondos y ya pasaron 5 meses que era la fecha límite, conjuntamente con mi reclamo a Vayama nunca mas contestaron. PARECE ESTAFA y me uno a cualquier forma por tratar de restituir los fondos.

Compré dos boletos y por cuestiones de mi banco no paso el pago pero el de la comisión que ustedes cobran si paso de inmediato quiero mi devolución. En qué tiempo lo harán porque he leído muchos comentarios sobre ustedes que no regresan los cobros. No se supone que si todavía no hay una compra no pueden cobrar comisión ? I have been trying to get my refund for my flights which were paid for back in February. They were cancelled and I was told to contact Aerlingus for my refund, I also recived an email from Vayama on September 7th saying my refund is with Aerlingus. I contacted Aerlingus and they informed me Vayama received my refund using a different email address and a different card number than mine on August 19th. Vayama keep sending me automated emails when I request some assistance with this. I am furious with this and taking legal action as I am out the cost of over 650 euro.
GRAND THEFT! I am filing police charges in their state of operations for Grand Theft. EVEN after being ordered by the airline itself to refund us, they are still fighting back and lying to American Express saying the airline is not allowing refund. We have an email FROM the airline, and they are still lying. I mean BLUNTLY lying. Their customer service says one thing, their chargeback department another..It's the left hand that does not know what the right hand is doing, all while being dishonest. If you buy from them after all the warnings we all gave you (or from parent company BUDGETAIR, you deserve what you got!
