Pathetic does not fully describe my distaste for their customer service. Someone needs to sue these hooligans. I booked a flight via Qatar Airways and had to cancel it due to covid. 2 months have gone by of me being ponied by Vayama to talk to Qatar airways(which is clearly their job as the travel agent) to ask them to refund me, yet Qatar offers a direct line for travel agents. If you ever read this review, I want to shame you and all your employees. To think you feed yourselves and families off the money you refused to refund customers is beyond psychotic. You are a criminal entity posing as a legitimate business. Pathetic.

ESTAFADORES!!!!!!!!!En marzo 2020 cancelaron mi vuelo y al dia de hoy no logro que me hagan el reembolso ni hablar con nadie. Deberíamos juntarnos entre varios para ver si entre muchos tenemos más fuerza de reclamo.

Lástima que no existe la posibilidad de poner un cuarto de estrella en la Valoración de experiencia.Son directamente unos estafadores, compré un pasaje para Paris a principio de año para viajar a Paris el 25 de junio, y al dia de la fecha no tengo noticia de reembolso, son delicuentes y no entiendo como IATA los avala.Verguenza.

estafadores !!! no compren pasajes por mas baratos que parezcan, no te devuelven el dinero si lo cancelas y no hay forma de reclamar nada porque sus correos son formatos, los números no funcionan , no existe nadie detrás.

The worst customer service. Im waiting from june my refund. They only care about their money. They dont want to help anybody. I dont receive any answer from the phone number and they keep replying my emails with the same words with any update about my case.

Hola Vayama, en abril cancelaron mi vuelo por la pandemia. Ya han pasado 6 meses y no he recibido fecha. Contactè a la aerolìnea y ellos indican que es con ustedes. Por favor, ayudenme en dar una respuesta. Gracias

Buen dia. Desde mayo compre tiketes para viajar desde colombia al extranjero. Aun no me devuelven el dinero, no me envían información, no me puedo comunicar con ellos. Me cancelaron la reserva y aun no me dicen nada mas. ¿A alguien ya le devolvieron el dinero? Porfavor ayuda!! Estoy desesperada..

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, only thing they care about is they got there money. You send them emails and they keep replying with same message. Turkish Airline changed my travel date and told me to contact Vayama customer service. I am not kidding it took them over 2 months to get back to me after 10 phone calls and multiple emails. So I had to rebook my ticket and pay 3 time more money and I got less then half the refund from my Turkish airline. Vayama keep saying that the amount airline refund. Well you r the middle man do your job. You got your money, airline got there money screw the passengers.

Tenia pasajes para el 28-04-20 y lo cancele el 17-04-20, por la pandemia. a la fecha aun no me generan el reembolso y lo único que hacen es responder correos con la misma información y mas encima me dicen que me debo comunicar con la aerolinea para saber de mi reembolso, siendo que yo les compre a ellos los pasajes. Pésimos servicio. Estafadores

hola tenia pasajes para el 2 de abril los cuales fueron cancelados por la pandemia y desde dia que solo responden lo mismo, que estan esperando a que la aerolíneas azul les reintegre a ellos para luego ellos reintegrarme. me parece una total estafa. espero una respuesta favorable

Horrible experience. I purchased my Mom’s ticket from Milan to the Philippines and My ticket from SFO to the Philippines, last February but until now i received nothing. Terrible services

I wish i can give them 0 stars, please let’s come together to get this nonsense sense company out of business so they won’t cheat/stress anymore people. Noone answers phone calls, they just send a generic email reply. This is so not fair.

Worst company EVER! We tried to cancel our honeymoon flight to Greece due to an international travel ban and we got no response for the last 4 months. They didn’t respond to our emails and the entire company is not taking any calls. We are still waiting to hear back to get our refund.

I am still waiting for my Refund since I bought it last March they changed my flight details am now sm asking for my refund back I purchased my airline ticket going to the Philippines through this Vayama and maybe this is the last time will be transacting business with them no phone numbers to call also will report to business bureau and also go to the News media to report this travel agency its causing me stress a lot!!!😡

If you are reading this review, you will likely need to sue this company to get your money back. I know that it's ridiculous to have to go to extreme measures to get what you are rightfully owed, but this business is as scummy as they come. My flight was cancelled on March 16, 2020. Lufthansa airlines distributed my refund on May 28, 2020 for booking code JHMZ75. Today, 10.28.2020 marks 5 months exactly that this company has failed to redistribute my refund. More than likely this company (Travix/Vayama and all subsidiaries) is sitting on everyone's money and not refunding it (which is fraudulent). This company likely needs to be sued in a class action suit due to their effect on a large number of consumers. If you're reading this please file your complaint with the CA State attorney general to show the magnitude of negligence of this company.

I cannot get a refund from Vayama for flights I was supposed to take last April via Aer Lingus and Virgin Atlantic which were cancelled. Both airlines have confirmed they have refunded the money to Vayama but Vayama customer service are claiming they are still waiting on the money to be refunded from the airlines. This is surely illegally to hold onto peoples money and not pass on the money they have been refunded from airlines. How the hell can I get my refund from this completely unethical travel company? Any advice welcome.

very bad custom service and they dont take them responsibility. i book ticket , after i change date i get link for make payment of change , i pay immediately from the link, on the day of the flight was no ticket in the system they justify that the payment was late once i show them all prove of transaction they still dosent take any responsibility, i have to pay a new ticket , by phone they said will refunf me the new ticket, in the end after 3 months they refund me only the amount of the extra pay for change the ticket , end of the story i pay the ticket 2 times . please dont buy ticket from them , always better with directly company at least in case of problem you dont have to fight with idiot person

I was notified of a schedule change, the email NEVER once mentioned my return flight home was canceled nor did they offer an alternative route, only that my flight to London was delayed an hour. My flights still showed up online, I did not find out until the night before my flight home, that it was canceled and had to book a last minute ticket home on my own expense. After calling and calling, I finally get a hold of someone, and they tell me it is up to the airline to issue the refund and they cannot help me. DO NOT EVER USE VAYAMA!
