Prices on this website are really competitive. They keep there prices low and if you follow the prices daily you will see them go up or down so you know they try to give you the best price. Used the company many times. Sometimes they dont have all you need but resolved with an alternative. Very helpful on the phone and items dispatched usually get the following day. Don’t order from here I had a shocking experience with them they’re scammers!

Ordered 30 vapes - only 15 correct in order. Hand written message in pack with apologies in it that some flavours out of stock and sent 2 vapes as an apology. I emailed the same day and asked about sending back for a refund and still not had a response (13 days later). We are now reluctant to send back as we are not confident we would receive our refund so will be keeping them and may gift the unwanted flavours but now I am out of pocket getting my usual ones. Poor communication. Provided my phone number and email address so could have communicated to me prior to sending out incorrect items on purpose.

Still haven’t received vapes

Sent me the wrong vapes, i even left message to the knob before I placed my order that I want No replacement vapes. Tried contacting them no answer.

Stear clear from this shocking company. Took my money for a product they clearly knew wast in stock. In fact, told me nobody in country had them. Despite hearing same old ' I'll sort it bro' and they'll place in my next order, surprise surprise, they don't. They have the most shocking customer service I have ever encountered. The 'manager' has a terrible memory and is a really poor lier. Full of false promises and lies. 56.99 its cost me to ensure I never use these again.

Didn't have any of the items I ordered in stock. But they did more than make up for it by sending replacement of higher quality and I thank them for that. They went out of their way to make amends. Thank you

They still haven’t sent my missing vapes from my order do not order from this company i spent £90+ there is no communication with them they have ignored my emails , if you want your moneys worth dont go to this company
