I was one down of one of my flavours I brought and they tried to contact me regarding alternatives but didn't get through so put in a gift with my order to make up for it. I was really pleased. You don't always get a proper service like that now so I was more than happy with what I received. Delivery was very quick too.!

These guys give great customer service they resolved my issue with flavour I originally ordered but wasn't to my personal taste Wasn't a problem for them they got it sorted. Very happy will now be my regular supplier. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 strawberry and kiwi,I received 3 grape and aloe. The first one I opened doesn't even work,I've tried all ways but still no joy. I need to find out how to return them.

Customer service is amazing! I placed an order and received a call from them being super helpful and kind as what I had ordered was out of stock. They offered me alternatives and included an apology gift too which was really appreciated. I placed the order on Wednesday and the items arrived today. Overall great experience thank you :)

Had an issue with my order as an item wasn’t in stock but one of the very polite and helpful staff called me up to rectify the issue immediately. They ended up sending me a replacement with way higher value than I’d ordered and it was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that will go out of their way like that to make sure their customer is happy. Absolutely A star customer service. Thank you so much!
