I placed an order on the for Elux Firerose Nova 600 Puffs Disposable Vape Pod Box of 10 × 2. I’ve not heard a thing from the seller since. After speaking with the bank it seems the money was taken via a bank transfer. Make of that what you will. I’ve emailed vape area uk twice asking for a refund with no response. I doubt I’ll get one. This has been my experience. Not great. ORDER #57214

Scammers. Spent £50 on disposables. They rang to say out of stock, could they send a replacement. I said no. I'd prefer to either wait or have a refund. They sent the cheap replacement. Have tried emailing and whatsapp but received no reply at all. Have raised dispute with bank.

Takes your money and doesn't send the vapes ! Calls saying they are out of stock .... AVOID Gave him plenty of time to send ! SCUM!!!

Half of the pods I ordered were missing an when I sent an email over 2 weeks ago no one has responded. I will not be buying again unless this is sorted out I spent over £35 and had to over my pods somewhere else, so I am very unhappy with the service I have received
