Avoid this company, don't answer emails, never have stock even when showing. Don't send missing vapes. Despite emails and texts. Quite happy to take your money. Please use a credit card then dispute the payment, like I am having going to.

I’ve placed a few orders now and I can honestly say I’m really pleased. Customer service is great if they have any stock issues, they guide you on alternatives and even offer better options as an apology! I’ve only had one order that required some tweaks but it was no issue, like I say, they were great! They also have WhatsApp and Snapchat exclusive deals which I think is great! Can’t fault the team. One of the items stopped working after using 16% of the juice and before that the juice tasted burnt contacted customer service but they were no help as asked for photos ? don’t know how I could photograph taste or a none working unit

Ordered 10 liquids and received 9 when contacted them they said they would send the other 1 plus a free gift and guess what i received nothing not even the missing bottle which I paid for I did place another order which they phoned me to tell me they out of stock when I asked for my money back he rudely put the phone down on me please don’t waste your money with this company the are awful and will take your money
