WARNING!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!! Do not send this theif any of your hard earned cash !!!!!! Spent £125, sent cheap fake replacements for disposables ordered saying they were out of stock !!!! Will not refund!!!! Several items on order not sent at all !!!! Customer service is worst I have ever experienced, take an age to answer, then just give false promises. Been 4 weeks now, no sign of missing items or partial refund. AVOID THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

I have ordered two times from this company and on both occasions they have phoned me to say what I had ordered was out of stock why take the order knowing that it was out of stock then before you no it your getting something in your order that you weren’t wanting I would never order anything from them again

Postage is always quick and they personally ring me if any product I've chosen is out of stock and very helpful to help me pick another flavour, very polite and prompt postage

Quick shop for preferred product. Bit misleading with final costing - advisor Emily not that helpful. Happy 1st time round, so hoping delivery goes as smoothly this time too.

If I could give Vape Area no stars, I would. Made an order, they rang me the next day and said it was out of stock. They offered an alternative to which I declined and requested a refund instead. Had to ring everyday to follow up said refund which they kept promising but to no avail, the guy even had the cheek to laugh sarcastically when i questioned their 'promise'....so infuriating! In the end, they were ignoring my phonecalls and emails so I had to raise a chargeback request with my bank. Avoid these robbing cowboys!

Please read other reviews before placing your order with this company. Like everyone else placed an order for 2 x vapes they rung me to say was not in stock and would send an alternative. Received these and they are fake terrible. Stay clear!!!!

Do not buy from this vape shop!! Placed an order for 8 boxes of vapes and received 6 yesterday. So contacted them straight away and they said the 2 flavours weren't available so pick 2 more so I did. They said that's done and will dispatch them today. So today I've messaged them just to ask when they will be here just so I can wait in for them. They have not replied and I've messaged about 8 hours ago and also tired there mobile number several times and messaged there mobile and no answer at all. It's says on there online chat (we reply immediately) worse thing is I put another order in yesterday as well so just hoping that comes! But I'll be going else where now! As I'm over £100 down from the 2 boxes missing and be even more if this new order doesn't turn up

Order came the very next day, all packed and secure. Will be ordering from here again

Ordered 13 vapes amount to just over £100. 3 turned up, the pack of ten were out of stock and no refund was made! £70 out of pocket because the customer service is more shady than a total eclipse.

Listen to what others have said about this company - will not update there stock on their website so when you order expect a call either stating what you've ordered is either out of stock or they don't have the flavor trying to give flavors they cant get rid of. Had this plenty of times. Missing items on last order, lack of communication or desire to rectify their faults is disappointing. Wouldn't recommend.

Dodgy company, stay away.

I was a little doubtful after reading some reviews but I decided to try after having such a large selection. Ordering and shipping was easy, part of my order was out of stock so they used what’s app to get in touch and replaced the missing with the same flavour but a higher puff. I have just placed another order and now will be my go to shop
