Didn't have item I ordered in stock, they offered refund but refund never arrived and they ignored my correspondence. Scammers, do not order from them!

Only had some of my order but gave me a call was really helpful In supplying me with something else that was even better and was still out for next day delivery cheers ,,,

I ordered 10 vapes and only received 6, this order was placed on the 26th March and I have been trying to contact via phone call text message email and WhatsApp ever since, with test messages saying that they would post them out, yet on the phone today they are blaming dpd and are not replacing or refunding the items!!!! They are not prepared to do anything regarding my missing vapes!!!

Been ordering regularly since December 2023, the guys are always helpful if there's any bumps in the road they will always call and offer an alternative solution. Orders between Monday and Thursday are always 2 days max. Some come next day, some orders on Fridays will come on Saturdays but usually ordering close to the weekend you will receive on a Tuesday. Genuine trustworthy company. Highly recommended.

Ordered 80 vapes, one box out of stock, contacted and offered alternatives, order received within two days. No problems at all :)

Terrible company I have been consistently ordering from them for a year every single time I order I get a phone call 2 days later saying some of the stock is out of stock and they offer ridiculous flavours that no one will buy I have never received any compensation for this terrible service they always claim they will but never do, don’t trust them avoid them at all costs

When I placed my order it was in stock they accepted my order after that I got multiple phone calls to select an alternative we sorted the alternative in the first initial phone call only to have an identical phone call again 3 days later delaying my order when my order finally arrived it was fine but the delivery time is appalling sorry to say ☹️

Order 3422 - Ordered 3 vapes online, order processed no problem. Then receive a phone call to say out of stock, offered alternatives which were declined,asked for refund. Phone call again next day saying the same thing, decine alternatives offered, again asked for refund. No vapes, no refund and all emails sent ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING OUT OF POCKET!

I stupidly didn't read the reviews prior to buying from the site. Wish I had this has been ridiculous from the start. I ordered 20 boxes off vapes and after 1 week had to contact them as nothing had turned up. I was told they were out off stock and to pick others. I reluctantly did abd gave them a specific list. I may aswell not have as they basically filled a box with random flavours off clearly whatever they could find in the back. Now chose to ignore me after I've complained and asked to send them back for a refund. I hope people read the reviews before purchasing.

I ordered 7 boxes of vapes and they only delivered 5, when I emailed them about this, they said they will sort this out and send 2 in a new order. It has now been a month since that date and I’ve been continuously emailing them about this however no reply whatsoever. Absolute ripoff. I’ve just been scammed for £190 and the bank won’t give me my money back as it is not convincing for them and they said they’ll send 2 in a new order which they haven’t.

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY! Made a purchase in january, still no delivery 3 months later. They have told me it'll be "sorted tomorrow" about 5 times over whatsapp message and promised refunds etc and now are just completely ignoring me. £700+ pocketed just like that. Avoid these scammers at all cost.
