They have a good website, with loads of different vape products, but they didn't have all the specific vapes I was able to order online, so it might be worth checking availability by phone for big orders. Great customer service, after they called me to sort the situation out with alternative products.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are taking orders for items they do not have in stock and then they wont refund you your money. Nearly a month has passed since my order and false promises of a refund from these scam artists. Luckily my bank managed to do a charge back even on a faster payment. SO TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT BUY FROM THESE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CHUCK MONEY OUT THE WINDOW.

I have received expired eliquid if you ordered online they will choose for you any eliquids will expired soon , in addition i bought a vape they gave me diffirent order the worst experience with this shop

Variety of Products with low prices..

I received a faulty box and every vape was defective. I contacted Vape Area about this and they replied once, ignoring my further emails. Extremely disappointed in this company. Customer service is anpalling/nonexistent. AVOID!!!

Received my order with two vape kits missing. Numerous emails sent for a resolution but almost all have been ignored. Take the money but don’t want to sort out any issues!!! Still no vape kits a month later. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering AVOID this company terrible customer service!

Really good service and quick delivery and the product are amazing

For starters, I have written many positive reviews about this company, things started good, fast delivery, good stock, all the things to be expected when using a ltd company's services. 6 months in delivery got worse but still manageable, sometimes getting sent via royal mail. The last order I made was just shy of £200, I expected the parcel on the Tuesday, when the parcel never arrived I sent a message on WhatsApp as I would normally, asking for a tracking number. They responded saying they don't record tracking details for a manual order, (even though they had previously sent me photos of my earlier parcels, to confirm the dpd tracking details) I was told not to worry and that the parcel had definitely been dispatched. We are now weeks later. Still no parcel, Apparently they have put a claim in at royal mail but have not given any details from this claim. at first I got a call and the woman on the phone told me they would send another parcel out that day, I waited till the next day and asked again for tracking details. The same woman then told me that I have to wait until they get the money back off royal mail. To get a refund or a resend. TRUST ME IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR AGES! be very carefully before the same thing happens to you. I really hope that they would honour their promise to re send my items, but they just keep giving me the run around... I will post another review if they decide to honour their commitment. but as of now, I've paid £191 for something. And never got it, there has been no real proof of it ever getting sent, and no attempt to even try and reach out to the customer and get this resolved WILL LEAVE A FRESH REVIEW IN NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS IF THIS IS RESOLVED k.stewart

Great service. Have placed many orders with them. Always recieve them on time and they always contact me if anything I've ordered is out of stock. They always rectify any problems quickly and great communication via phone or WhatsApp. Been placing orders on a weekly basis since december 2023 and been very happy with the service. They will NOT be beaten on price from anywhere else in the country. I won't even consider ordering from anywhere else. 10/10 company.

Company sells fake vapes. They sold me counterfeit vapes. I verified the security code which is on the vape box on an official website because the vapes looked and tasted fake & it confirmed they were not genuine vapes. Company doesnt care when i contacted them. Dont buy from here

2 days later after order placed told that out of stock. I refused for the alternatives, asked for refund. Never be refunded from them. loads of emails sent, never got replied! £100+ lost out of my pocket. Have to contact bank to get chargeback. Avoid this kind of company. P.s they are still keep sending marketing emails time and time but never replied my inquiry for refund.

I came across Vape Area when searching for my favourite Vape which my usual site had stopped stocking earlier this year and I've been using Vape area ever since for these reasons; 1.price..id struggle to find the same vapes elsewhere. The multibuy offers and frequent discount codes in my opinion would make it hard to match for price elsewhere. 2.Range of products. Not only for familiar vape products but have found some awesome disposable, new innovation vapes that I haven't seen elsewhere. 3. Prompt delivery. Even the free delivery arrives within a couple of days. 4.customer service. I have always been able to speak to a real person either on the webchat or via their WhatsApp service. Quick to respond and answer my queries. Definitely worth checking out.

Always prompt with delivery great service and great product and when there was a problem with a order was called on it and had a replacement sent next day top class
